Location mentioned in google maps was different, while on grab app it was different.
Grab location was correct, so the hotel could amend the location on google maps too
Nice but small hotel. Situated about 20 minutes from the old quarter. There are a lot of restaurants close by and even a convenient store. The price includes breakfast and was very reasonable. Breakfast was buffet style and was good. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Front desk receptions were very nice and friendly. They spoke good amount of English. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel has a small gym and also a laundry service. My room ac didn’t feel cool enough but I was able to survive through it. And they allowed me an extra room key so I could keep it on when I leave the room. The small hallways were extremely hot.
I think the hotel should get newer towels. The ones in my room were old and some looked soiled. But overall not a bad hotel and away from the noisy city.
I stayed in the small suite for 3 nights and the standard for 0.5 nights. Since my flight was early in the morning, I asked about late checkout and they said 100,000 VND per hour, so I checked in at the standard room for 1 night and checked out at midnight. The small suite seemed to have a smaller room, but instead had a bathroom. If you don't really need a bathtub, the standard might be better. The small suite is on the second floor and is very noisy. The terrace is small even in the standard, so it's not a big advantage. The building itself doesn't seem to be an old building, so the facilities are clean. The staff is not many, but they are friendly and quick to respond. Once I asked about the ironing service, and they lent me a steam iron. I think it's a good service. However, the location is ambiguous. However, since you have to use transportation no matter where you are, it's not a big problem. I won't mention the breakfast because I didn't try it. Overall, I would say that this hotel is a place worth recommending. However, the 2nd floor (L floor) is noisy, so we recommend that you reserve a room on the 3rd floor (the 2nd floor in terms of hotel floors) or higher. We also inform you that there are many buildings under construction in the area.
Great value! The mini apartment was comfortable a good size and had a number of amenities including cooking, washing machine fridge and water fountain. Bedroom was very comfortable and modern.
Bathroom was clean and had great soaps and a Japanese toilet. Would definitely recommend!
Very good hotel, in a busy part of Hanoi. Down an alley, but that makes it a quiet place to stay. The accommodation was very good. Bed was comfortable, hot water was good and the water pressure was good.
Had 1 issue with the air-conditioning unit that leaked 1 day after being turned off then on. Major concern was the air-conditioning unit was above the RV & WiFi systems. No damage, and they got someone to look at it very fast. The room wasn't made up on our 2nd day. Front reception staff where very helpful. Close to a market, and lots of street food areas to eat.
Recommended for solo travelers and couples
The location is really good and the desk staff is friendly and speaks English well
It's really good value for money and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby
Of course, there are many Korean restaurants too
It was a great stay. The hotel is not far from Ba Dinh Square and Hoan Kiem Lake by taxi, and there are many delicious foods nearby. The hotel facilities are very new and the cleaning is very thorough. I left my headphones at the hotel, and the front desk girl (Riwei) agreed to keep them for me. I am really grateful. The girl speaks great Chinese and makes people feel very friendly! I will stay at Sen again next time I come to Hanoi. It was a wonderful stay~
The room is modern and simple in design, with gentle colors, and looks very comfortable. You can smell the clean smell as soon as you enter the door, which shows that the cleaning is very serious. There is a desk for work. The bedding is clean and soft, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment is also good, with parks and supermarkets. The overall experience makes me feel that it is worth the money.
It was a stylish and comfortable apartment! The wooden floor, soft sofa, and sensual lighting were impressive. Every morning, I watched the city wake up and drank tea on the balcony. It was a quiet and private space.
HHa Nhu Le NgocGood location with access to the office buildings at Dich Vong Hau and nearby amenities; quite near airport as well (~30min). Very comfortable stay with good facilities in the room - with a kitchen area and even washing machine. A good value-for-money option.
Yyan tripThe rooms are spacious, with cool air conditioning.
Have good facilities.
The place is near the centre, but not close to the old quarter.
They don't provide direct booking, the price is not a bargain.
But 30AUD a night is fair for peace of mind and rooms are okay, and clean.
The toilet floor needs more cleaning though.
Need to fix the toilet frame in our room.
The receptionist is friendly, but not very helpful with our questions like car rentals, or direct booking or suggestions.
GGuest UserIt was a stylish and comfortable apartment! The wooden floor, soft sofa, and sensual lighting were impressive. Every morning, I watched the city wake up and drank tea on the balcony. It was a quiet and private space.
VvisorscottThe room is as described, of course the disadvantages are the road noise problem as described by the previous people. But there is a separate bathtub and shower, a Japanese-style smart flushing toilet, a separate toilet, a washing machine (it is best to clean it before use), no washing powder, a refrigerator, a microwave, an induction cooker, a kettle, an electric cooker, simple tableware, etc. You need to buy drinking water yourself. It is also a 12-minute walk from Japan Street, where there are many restaurants.
GGuest UserThe room is generally hygienic and clean, and the tables and stools were wiped down with paper towels, which are quite clean. There is breakfast on the 7th floor, there are restaurants everywhere more than 100 meters away, and there is a cafe at the door, a good place for leisure. The fly in the ointment is that the perfume in the room smells too strong, and I personally don't like it or adapt to it. It is recommended that the hotel make improvements. The location of the hotel is only ten minutes away from the city center on the 72nd floor, and it is convenient to take a taxi. It is worth recommending to stay again.
CCHIENMINGA great hotel. I have lived here for the third time. I also introduced a lot of friends who come to Vietnam to work here. The air conditioner is also very cold. Great location, friends can come
JJohn JoachimI recommend this apartment. Good location. Security could have perhaps a better customer service approach. The views are nice. Apartment comes fully equipped. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
