Hotels in Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi

Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient. One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination.

There are many military and government departments around the hotel. It is about 1 km away from Hoan Kiem Lake, so it is not very convenient to eat. The hotel is above mid-range, not the kind of narrow high-rise residential building converted hotel. There is a garden like a patio in the middle, which is very beautiful, like a fairyland. The room is very clean and a little small. I booked for three days first, and then booked another day on Ctrip. The front desk asked to check out before 12 o'clock and check in at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, I waited for two hours at the front desk, which was very inconvenient. Domestic hotels should not be like this.

Good hotel. Unfortunately, the window is not that sound proof.. I can hear a bunch of car honking outside, ruin my sleep. The room is very small, like literally small small. It’s basically a community living. If you table and chairs you have to sit outside your room for sharing. Water dispenser is provided outside. Because room is small, the toilet if you shower with hot water.. you can trigger the fire alarm, which I did.

This is the first time staying here and I would come back to stay here again due to their service. The hotel location is not very far from the old town and other attractions and also has eateries near the hotel. The room is clean with full amenities. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Newly opened so everything is shiny and clean with great kitchen equipment, oven, fridge-freezer (but in Hanoi, unlikely you might use it !). Washing machine and dryer on 11the floor. Decent breakfast and pho. Nice bed, pillows, sheets, Japanese (actually Korean ) toilet, great shower. Neaby to the larger lake, not as manic as Old Quater but 10mins Grab ride to Hoan Kiem centre or half hour walk. Helpful front desk staff, very recommendable for a comfortable stay. The reception area is perfectly functional but less ”exotic Vietnamese” charming style compared to many in the heart of Old Quarter .

Great stay at Le Jardin Hotel and spa. I booked the sky executive suite for my stay in Hanoi and room is spacious. Service staff also friendly and helpful to provide recommendations around the area. Did spa and my nails at the hotel too. Additionally, celebrated a birthday at khue restaurant which is located at the 12th floor of the hotel. Service staff made special efforts for the decor that night and also gave us a complimentary cake.

Mình lên hà nội chơi nên đã đặt phòng 3n2đ để tiện nghỉ ngơi và đi lại . Cũng đã từng đi và đặt nhiều khách sạn lẫn nơi nghỉ nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên thấy có một chỗ mà dịch vụ lại quá kém tới như vậy. Cũng như các khách sạn khác giờ nhận phòng là sau 14:00 và giờ trả phòng 12:00 . Thì bọn mình do có việc nên tới nhận phòng lúc 16:40 ( sau hơn 2 tiếng) nhưng nhân viên phục vụ bảo là ”chưa dọn phòng kịp , 2 đứa đi chơi một lúc đi rồi quay lại” ) . Mình hỏi lại ” Ủa , bây giờ là 16:40 rồi mà sao lại chưa dọn ạ ? Thì nhân viên đáp lại với giọng thái độ ” Tại nay có một người dọn nên không kịp.” 🤦🏼🤦🏼 bọn mình cũng cho qua . Rồi tới ngày trả phòng . Bọn mình cũng biết phải trả phòng trước 12:00 nên từ 11h bọn mình đã bắt đầu dọn phòng dần . Thì đúng 11:16 nhân viên lên bấm chuông 2 lần nói với một tông giọng cũng thái độ . ”đến giờ trả phòng rồi ” . Mình đáp lại rằng ” vâng bọn cháu đang dọn đây ạ.” Sau đó 11:36 bọn mình đi xuống và trả lại khoá phòng . Về tiện nghi với phòng thì đối với mình cũng khá ổn so với giá . Nhưng chỉ duy nhất dịch vụ khách hàng là mình thấy rất k hài lòng . Mọi người nếu đặt phòng thì cũng nên cân nhắc ạ !!!

The room is very large so you can stay comfortably. It's in excellent condition for the price, but the downside is The water pressure is a bit weak and the control of hot and cold water is a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel while traveling alone, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite being a small hotel, the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect, situated conveniently close to a vibrant night market and several popular travel spots. It made exploring the local area a breeze and added so much convenience to my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the projector in the room. It added a unique and exciting touch to my evenings and truly made my stay memorable. It definitely made my heart race with joy! Additionally, the room came with a fully equipped kitchen. This was incredibly useful as I could easily prepare simple meals, like noodles—haha! It’s such a thoughtful amenity for travelers who prefer the option to cook. Furthermore, the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. Full marks from me!
