Amazing place with huge pool, trees and gardens. The Villa Complex of the National Convention Center (Garden Villas) has a total of 10 villas, each of which has 1 Presidential Suite and 6 Deluxe rooms, with luxurious wooden interiors and a private garden. Each room has large windows overlooking the garden or lake. This villa is suitable for family vacations, friends vacations, and business trips.

The hotel room is kinda old, and it’s quite disappointing, the hair blower is still those kind of really old fashioned one you have to press and blow. When we first got in the room, it has that kind of awful smell that’s really dusty, and even for the bedsheets it’s super dusty, we got nose allergy instantly. The housekeeping service is kinda bad, they don’t refill enough for the stuff and don’t clean well. But their reception is really nice and we ate at their restaurant their service is super nice as well the food is so so.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful. My room had a great view, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The gym was well-equipped and offered a stunning view while working out. Overall, a great experience!

When checking in on Trip, the price for 1 person and 2 people was the same, and usually there is no price difference for 1 person and 2 people when booking a hotel, so I made a reservation without distinction, but here, they said that I was registered as 1 person and asked me to pay the difference of 1,500,000 VND. They must have their own internal policy, but they didn't consider the situation at all, and it didn't seem like market practice, and they applied it too rigidly. I also think that the difference is excessive. I think Trip should also describe in detail that such additional fees may occur. Hi stayed there for 5 days in june 2024 very nice building 24 hour security access to everything you need first three floors of building are all shops resurants grocery store coffee shops plus the building next store has hair salon massage more restaurants and there are always cabs in front of the mall entrance next to starbucks

Very clean. Located along many eateries and cafe. Good and attentive service by the staffs. Huge bed.

The staff are amazing! Very interactive and helpful! They even go out of their way to assist you. Just by the hospitality I felt here I would want to stay here next time I visit Hanoi. The rooms are spacious and kept clean and tidy. They have a great buffet breakfast selection. They also have a wonderful manu for meals at the lobby cafe area. Easy to arrange for taxi or grab rides from location.
