Nice hotel
We chose the apartment one.
We arrived very late (or very early) : 7am and we didn’t get trouble
We also had (by our request) free checkout for this reason.
The apartment got two bathrooms and a huge fully equipped kitchen (useful if you like to cook).
Swimming pool is small and the massage was not as good as expected.
Breakfast has a huge and various choices
The room was great! Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's been renovated, so it's quite nice overall. It would be even better if the toilet could be updated. The overall service was really good.

Great location at the edge of the town, around twenty minutes of straight walk to the Hoam Kiam lake and other attractions. As you walk along the streets lots to see, shop and eat. The hotel is super clean and housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is simple and the staff very friendly. Mia, at the front desk is superb, she helped me to book tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh at very short notice with pretty good rates. The bus will pick-up outside the hotel, but when you return they will drop you nearby. Mia also makes sure everything in order during the stay and very helpful. Highly recommended, it like a 4 star hotel with all amenities.

It's good to be able to receive service in Japanese, but when there is a small problem, the receptionist and their colleague complain in Vietnamese in front of the guests, making it seem like it's the guests' fault, so I think it's best to refrain from doing so because it makes the other services look bad and makes people feel bad.
I can understand Vietnamese but chose to ignore it, but I think it would be bad for people who don't understand Vietnamese to be spoken to with a displeased look on their face.
Afterwards, I went to the cat cafe next to the hotel to relax.
This was on top of my bed, and I don’t wanna know what it is. The water bottle in the room was basically empty so I had to buy my own. Other than that it was good. I even did some cooking in the kitchen, the smart tv was great too I was able to watch my movies and go on YouTube. The highlight was the receptionist, very nice and kind. They should make sure the room is very clean before a guest arrives but I’d be willing to go there again. 👍🏽

Sapa Hotel was the best among the three hotels we stayed at during our 6-night trip to Vietnam. The reception team (two ladies and one gentleman) were incredibly warm and treated us like family. They asked about our plans and even gave great local advice. One rainy night, when all the hotel umbrellas were in use, one of the staff kindly lent us her personal umbrella — such a thoughtful gesture!
We also tried their breakfast for two days, and the spread was excellent — a good mix of carbs, fruits, and meats. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Sapa Lake, Sapa Station, the Stone Church, and VietTrekking Café. There are also many restaurants nearby with various price ranges. The rooftop view is beautiful too. Highly recommended!

My stay at this apartment was fantastic. Everything was new and clean. The balcony offered a lively street view, making it a very pleasant place to sit in the evenings. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided prompt service. I will definitely stay here again!

Not only was the place an extravagant paradise with marvellous hospitality and a spacious and luxurious room to awe at, but the surrounding areas of endless alleys filled to the brim with small cafés and shops made access to necessities easy and reliable. My family and I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel is clean and well kept despite being a rather old hotel. Location is central and convenient. Front ni desk is very helpful and its staff’s English proficiency is really good.will be here r

JJUNSEOKLocation is satisfactory
The facilities are also cold but it looks a bit old
It seems to be offset by a good price
I didn't think I'd go back next time.
GGaryThe welcome here was great 👍. All staff are enthusiastic & helpful. The room, while compact, was more than adequate. Although my booking described city views so I was disappointed my room had no windows. Also the shower hot water was a little erratic but generally good. The bed was very comfortable and ensured restful sleeps. Breakfast was a substantial treat. The woman overseeing breakfast service was exceptional in meeting the demands of all guests. Location is very good for easy access to all attractions and amenities. I wanted to stay longer but couldn't get another booking due to the popularity of this establishment. I'd stay here again but would try to get a window next time. 👍
GGuest UserThe room flowers are very fragrant and the machine bridge is very fast and the room stalks are very good. 👍👍👍👍👍
A good place to stay.🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳
YYOSHIHIKOThere is a big problem with check-in.
Nobody's here. I can't call you.
a cleaning lady who can only speak Vietnamese
and i managed to do it.
I can't recommend it to anyone who can't speak Vietnamese.
YYimeng QHere is very nice apartment. It is cleaned and comfortable. The restaurants and convenience store is very close. I will come back. It is highly recommended
GGuest UserIt is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. It would be nice if there was a price posted in the room.

DDmitriMayThis is a small budget hotel located in a quiet place. The room has everything you need: furniture made of natural wood, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a fan and a TV. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need: various cafes and shops, a market where you can buy fruit, beauty salons and massage. Good transport links: buses are clean and run regularly. Lotte Mall is nearby. There is also a lake nearby with many cafes around it. The zoo is also nearby. The hotel has an excellent price-quality ratio.
