Nice service, very comfortable stay at the hotel. Located at a convenient location. Chocolate hour was nice, but should be given more publicity and could be introduced during check in at the front desk, bet a lot of guests don’t know about it. The pool was clean and everything was nice. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were friendly. Totally worth a recommendation for friends who are visiting Hanoi.

Nice deco all around the hotel! Room is very spacious and quiet! Many coffee shops and restaurants around. Happening area!

Very comfy and nice hotel to stay. They have chocolate bar counter at certain time where you can enjoy their own brand chocolate which is so yummy. Will be back again for business or leisure. Thumbs up

No doubt one of my favourite hotel in hanoi…!!! After 2 years…I’m finally back again…!!! All the staffs are the best…!!! Well done…!!!

五星級酒店，服務和設施都很棒，但不主動提供拖鞋牙刷刮鬍刀這些物品，要提前説一下。辦理入住時給了一杯蘋果汁，很好喝。後面來越南還會來住。

這間酒店位於河內的市中心，地理位置10分優越，裝修非常豪華，對於公幹開會的人士十分適合，如下次需要出外公幹也會留宿這酒店。

特別不推薦，有點歧視中國人，辦理入住的時候要120萬越南盾按金，刷卡及其他貨幣都不行，攜程溝通也溝通不下來，因為是禮拜銀行都是不上班，我們花了2個小時才換了貨幣回來，重新辦理入住，***又不收按金了，第二天早上7點30分就開始消防演習。差評差評差評差評差評。不建議入住

I want to thank all the staff of your hotel for their friendly and courteous service - with special mention to Ms Ngoc - who served us exceptionally well during breakfast every day - giving cut mangoes for my wife every day

We stayed here for 4 nights during the first leg of our Vietnam trip. The hotel was in a great location for easy access to the key places we wanted to visit in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and spacious and extremely clean. We used the pool area a couple of afternoons which was relaxing. The breakfast choice was plentiful, lovely bakery selection and really enjoyed the freshly made omelettes. We were able to safely leave our cases whilst we visited Halong Bay. Great staff, attentive and knowledgeable about the city.
