Nyaman dan santai

Layanannya bagus, menginap di hotel ini sangat nyaman. Lokasinya strategis. Chocolate hour-nya bagus, tetapi sebaiknya lebih dipublikasikan dan diperkenalkan saat check in di meja resepsionis, saya yakin banyak tamu yang tidak mengetahuinya. Kolam renangnya bersih dan semuanya bagus. Sarapannya sangat lezat, dan semua stafnya ramah. Benar-benar layak direkomendasikan untuk teman-teman yang sedang berkunjung ke Hanoi.

The Movenpick Hotel is a great choice for your staying in Hanoi. The location is very convenient for discovering the city and the friendly staff will make you feel welcome and relaxed. Nice swimming pool, don’t forget to grab a drink at the Cabana Club. Highly recommend it!

Convenient location, good service but the gym is quite small. my room is on 4th floor it’s upper floor from the gym on 3rd floor, so it’s always noise from the gym

I stayed there for two nights, and to be honest, the hotel’s breakfast buffet was excellent—great setup, nice ambiance, and a wide selection of food. As for the room, mine faced the main street, which was a bit noisy, but that seems quite common in Vietnam. In terms of facilities, the building has only two elevators for guests, which can be a bit frustrating due to the wait times. The swimming pool was great, and it’s definitely a popular spot for photos. Initially, I thought the gym was open 24 hours, but it actually closes at 10:30 PM. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, my stay at the hotel was a great experience!

A well maintained property with efficient staff from concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant. only downside was that one of our rooms had air conditioning issues -prompt investigation but only resolved after 2nd attempt.Overall , a pleasant stay at Movenpick Hanoi Centre.

Nice Room, good for business trip. A pity that the Gym is not 24/7.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is big and clean. Location is good in the sense that train coffee street, temple of literature, and old quarters are all within walking distance. Starbucks is next to the hotel, so it is very convenient when we want coffee.

Good view can walk to the lake and have bar on the first floor. Room is clean

Breakfast buffet was disappointing, quality to be improved.
