Usually, the criteria for a hotel are a nice location, good amenities, cleanliness, quietness, privacy, and customer data security. But this hotel has nothing good except for its location. The room was very dirty, the bed sheets weren't changed and were very damp. We had to lay a bathrobe on the bed to sleep. The bathroom had mold, and the towels were more like floor cloths. The free water on the table was boiled and bottled by the hotel itself, and it was very easy to open (we don't even know what anyone might have put in it). Normally, in a hotel like this, the staff would be decent, but not here. The staff mistakenly gave us the wrong room, and even though we were there for 15-20 minutes, they didn’t inform us. They waited until we went out and greeted the staff (Phuc), and only then did he come up on his own to move our things to another room (there was no privacy or security here).
