Hotel yang bagus tepat di seberang Danau Hoan Kiem! Ini memiliki bar atap eksklusif yang menghadap ke bundaran dan danau serta semua kedai kopi di sekitarnya. Kami bisa duduk dan bersantai sambil makan di rooftop dan menyaksikan suasana kota yang energik. Mei sangat membantu dan sangat fenomenal! Dia mengajari kami tips untuk atraksi dan cara agar tidak ditipu sebagai turis. Dia mengatur perjalanan mobil kami ke bandara. Dia juga memberi kami lebih banyak tips tentang tempat-tempat indah yang harus kami kunjungi di Vietnam. Dia adalah aset di hotel ini. Pekerja lain juga sangat ramah dan selalu tersenyum dan menyapa kami! Kami mendapat suite dengan beranda sehingga kami dapat membenamkan diri dalam hiruk-pikuk Hanoi! Mereka juga menawarkan binatu di hotel ini hanya dengan 40k per kilo. Hotel lain akan mengenakan biaya per potong. Senang rasanya menginap di sini, mengingat ini bintang 3. Nilai dari apa yang kami bayar sangat berharga. Tempat tidur bersih dan linen berbau harum. Tekanan air juga memberi kami pancuran air yang luar biasa setelah hari-hari yang panjang! Hotel kecil di tepi jalan di tengah alun-alun tua ini adalah tempat yang ideal untuk menginap jika Anda ingin berpetualang keliling kota. Lokasi fantastis untuk pertama kalinya dalam perjalanan Hanoi. Meskipun hotel ini mungkin tidak menyediakan makanan atau sarapan, hotel ini dikelilingi oleh banyak kafe sehingga hal tersebut tidak menjadi masalah. Kamarnya bersih dengan semua fasilitas yang Anda butuhkan termasuk pengering rambut di laci, TV dengan Netflix, serta kopi dan teh dengan ketel air. Semuanya bagus namun yang terbaik dari semuanya adalah staf. Mereka ramah, dan akan berusaha lebih keras untuk membantu Anda dalam hal apa pun. Hotel nyaman di lokasi yang sangat baik di Old Quarter dengan pemandangan ke danau yang terkenal. Dikelilingi oleh banyak kafe dan restoran, ini adalah tempat yang ideal untuk tinggal di Hanoi. Kamar kami memiliki balkon kecil yang menawarkan pemandangan fantastis alun-alun yang ramai di bawah. Hotel ini tidak memiliki restoran atau layanan makan tetapi sangat dekat dengan banyak alternatif berbeda. Staf yang ramah sangat membantu dengan saran atau petunjuk tur.

Usually, the criteria for a hotel are a nice location, good amenities, cleanliness, quietness, privacy, and customer data security. But this hotel has nothing good except for its location. The room was very dirty, the bed sheets weren't changed and were very damp. We had to lay a bathrobe on the bed to sleep. The bathroom had mold, and the towels were more like floor cloths. The free water on the table was boiled and bottled by the hotel itself, and it was very easy to open (we don't even know what anyone might have put in it). Normally, in a hotel like this, the staff would be decent, but not here. The staff mistakenly gave us the wrong room, and even though we were there for 15-20 minutes, they didn’t inform us. They waited until we went out and greeted the staff (Phuc), and only then did he come up on his own to move our things to another room (there was no privacy or security here). Then, when we came back, he demanded the key and ordered us to change rooms. Even 2-3 star hotels don’t save money or treat guests this badly. As a result, we all had allergic reactions, and my girlfriend lost a handheld mirror

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Fantastically helpful and friendly staff. Superlative location. The staff were able to answer all questions, offer good advice, and helped me arrange great trips in and out of Hanoi. I look forward to returning to Hanoi and will definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Traffic in Hanoi is manic and although the hotel is right on a major road once in the hotel room it is blissfully quiet. Would certainly recommend checking the hotel out for future travellers.
