I have a room in 8th level, with a lot of light. The Appartment had 56m2, with kitchen combi fridge/freezer and a ice maker. The Aircon works good. The room was clean and the bed was good. Not far from the hotel you will find on the other side from the main road a lot of restaurants.And in the back we found a lot of small roads, with the original living in Ha Noi. You can check out the bus station on the Media market. Here you can use the bus Number 34 to go in the Old town of Ha Noi. 1$ for 2 people.

3rd stay during this trip. Not such a big fan of the room layouts for bigger apartments and executive suites. Completely non-sensical layout with the bathroom on the other end of the bedroom or right next to it, but no direct door into it. The hotel though is great for value. Stay in the Superior bedroom studio if available Definitely recommend it. Discovered Bloom Classic, also by same owner and it's slightly better with most deals including breakfast.

Very bad service hotel , many information in website is fake , electric stop for 8 time in 2 days , no recommendations

Hotel was fine, you’re not really near all the good stuff but still nice hotel and good price.

This is my second stay. The reason I chose this again is because of the convenient transportation, many food options, the light rail is only 500 to 600 meters away, the room is spacious, and the price/performance ratio is very good.

I swear this hotel is terrible, the experience is extremely bad, I can't sleep at night because rats are running around, as if they will hit my head at any time! I want to go to the toilet, ask the staff, no, just like they don't want me to go, I won't come back with such service, tourists don't come here to waste money! tệ, sẽ không có khách quay lại

Overall good, just didn't use their kitchen (which looked nice). There is no washing machine in the room this time, which is a pity. The same room type had a washing machine when I checked in last time.
