Very nice service and friendly. Good location Be coz it is near convinience and famous place.

Everything is old and smelly...... the workers were kind but sold us everything more expensive than other places. I can't recommend this hotel. even though the breakfast was good.

가성비 좋고 올드쿼터라 야시장,맥주거리,호안끼엠 다 가까워서 좋앗어요.직원들 친절하고 조용해요^^다만 냉장고가 약해요ㅠ물이며,술이며 다 밍밍해졋어요ㅠ그래도 얼음 요청드렷더니 한대접 주셔서 소주 맛나게 마셧어요ㅋ

家族５人で３泊宿しました 予約時はダブルベットが1つ シングルベットが３つ でしたが実際はダブルベットが1つ、シングルベッドが2つでした残念 また、エアコンが不良で暑くて寝れませんでした 冷蔵庫も不良 ここには二度と宿泊しません

호안끼엠 호수 근처에 있어서 접근성 좋음 시설이 낙후되어있고, 청결도가 높지는 않음

Unfortunate first experience as desk staff couldn’t find our booking until manager arrived, waited approx 2 hours for this. We complained to our booking agent and then felt intimidated by Hotel owner, who questioned us. So we felt we couldn’t complain about the lack of a safe in our room, no hotel information in folder only a lovely handrawn picture of a flower, friends had no phone, view was a wall, Wi-Fi not great, breakfast not a lot of choice, overall we didn’t expect the hotels to be on a par with other parts of the world but our first experience of Vietnam was not the friendly experience that everyone raves about.unless customer service improves I would choose another hotel. Ps all our other hotels in the country were lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Phoenix Palace. Anna, the manager, was incredibly kind and made us feel exceptionally welcome and cared for. She always responded to our requests with an open heart, no matter the time or complexity. Anna is undoubtedly the hotel's greatest asset. Her perfect English, warm smile, and abundant patience create an atmosphere where guests feel more like friends. We'd also like to express our gratitude to Peter for his kind assistance during our stay. The hotel itself is comfortable and boasts an amazing location. It's clean and provides a sense of safety. While the breakfast was enjoyable, we found that the cooking lady wasn't as hospitable as the aforementioned staff members. However, on the whole, we have nothing but positive feedback about this hotel. We highly recommend the Phoenix Palace.

This small hotel was amazing. Anna who runs it helped us book buses and accommodation for Sapa, Cat ba Island and Ninh Binh and all her recommendations were excellent. I was unwell one day so I asked her to walk with me to get some food which she happily did and then took me to the chemist for electrolytes. We stayed here 3 times between places and each time we returned to staff happy to see us again. Feels so comfortable here and very safe. Great location. Noisy street (like every street in Hanoi is seems) but the windows have good soundproofing. 100% recommend

These place was fine to stay at. It is a cheaper option for staying in Hanoi and the location is excellent. The staff are also really friendly. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that, we did find the rooms were a bit stuffy and had a musty smell. You could also hear other people talking in the middle of the night so not super sound proof. Overall a great stay though.

The negative part of staying here was that you could hear everything happening in the halls. And every other night of our stay a family checked in and screamed and yelled while running up and down the halls late at night. Sometimes people were just hanging out in the halls having loud conversations. The walls are quite thin. The positives were that the breakfast was delicious. Small but tasty! The staff were kind and friendly. The location was great. Very close to the lake, shopping and restaurants.

great hotel experience, fantastic location and facilities. Everything was very lean, All staffs were amazing very friendly and helpful, they helped us organize excursions, transportation, meals all within moments of when we requested it. Would absolutely highly recommend to other travellers.

Struttura prenotata già da mesi con conferme certificate. Giungiamo all'alba con la promessa di un check in anticipato ma veniamo poi invitati a tornare per le ore 14 e da qui l'odissea. I due tizi in reception parlano un inglese incomprensibile e si capisce che la nostra stanza ha problemi con l'impianto elettrico. Veniamo catapultati in altra struttura, improbabile e improponibile con stanza utile alla detenzione di qualche delinquente, considerato arredamento e spazio. Ci trovano una soluzione a noi comunque poco gradita come orima l'esperienza vissuta in Vietnam. ASSURDO

Khách sạn mới sửa lại trong rất đẹp . Có phòng đẹp có ban công . Ăn sáng thật ngon . Có nhiều món để mình lựa chọn như món trứng. Hoặc mon phở bò. Phở gà Phòng ốc sạch sẽ . Hàng ngày có người don phòng . Nhân viên thân thiện . Mình sẽ quay trở lại khách sạn này
