Very nice service and friendly. Good location Be coz it is near convinience and famous place.

Everything is old and smelly...... the workers were kind but sold us everything more expensive than other places. I can't recommend this hotel. even though the breakfast was good.

酒店距離河內著名景點河內大教堂不遠，步行幾分鐘就到，河內老城衚衕縱橫交錯，酒店錯對過是一家當地的大醫院，人流量很大，老外很多，早餐也可以，衞生沒問題。

Бюджетный отель в туристическом кластере Ханоя. Довольно потрепанные номера, но есть все необходимое, чисто, окно выходит на лестницу. Превосходный завтрак и расположение.

場所はホアンキエム湖や旧市街の徒歩圏内で観光にとても便利でした！ 予約より広い部屋に案内され、お水は毎日3本も補充されました笑 スタッフの方も感じがよかったです。 帰国日は暑かったのでチョコの冷蔵庫保管をお願いしたら対応してくれました。 朝食はビュッフェのメニューは少ないですが、ベトナムらしいフルーツがあったりフォーやパンケーキなど1品頼めたのはよかったです。 ただ、残念な点がいくつかありました。 ・テレビがつかなかった ・テレビ横の電源が反応しなかった ・冷蔵庫が効かなかった

가성비 좋고 올드쿼터라 야시장,맥주거리,호안끼엠 다 가까워서 좋앗어요.직원들 친절하고 조용해요^^다만 냉장고가 약해요ㅠ물이며,술이며 다 밍밍해졋어요ㅠ그래도 얼음 요청드렷더니 한대접 주셔서 소주 맛나게 마셧어요ㅋ

家族５人で３泊宿しました 予約時はダブルベットが1つ シングルベットが３つ でしたが実際はダブルベットが1つ、シングルベッドが2つでした残念 また、エアコンが不良で暑くて寝れませんでした 冷蔵庫も不良 ここには二度と宿泊しません

호안끼엠 호수 근처에 있어서 접근성 좋음 시설이 낙후되어있고, 청결도가 높지는 않음

Breakfast was excellent today! The passion fruit juice was so delicious, omelet excellent, fruits abundant & the buffet starch was healthy sweet potato. Thanks to staff for not oversalting omelet, this helps older people stay healthy. So fortunate to stay with Phoenix Group (my smaller Phoenix Legand is around corner on quieter street & very cozy -- all rooms have balconies!) Thanks again for healthy & fresh buffet.

Just an average type of hotel. Not actually impressive. My room is a little bit old and smelled like no one has stayed there for a couple of months. Breakfast is so-so. No comment about the frontliners. Should I recommend this hotel? If there is another option, then definitely not.

Unfortunate first experience as desk staff couldn’t find our booking until manager arrived, waited approx 2 hours for this. We complained to our booking agent and then felt intimidated by Hotel owner, who questioned us. So we felt we couldn’t complain about the lack of a safe in our room, no hotel information in folder only a lovely handrawn picture of a flower, friends had no phone, view was a wall, Wi-Fi not great, breakfast not a lot of choice, overall we didn’t expect the hotels to be on a par with other parts of the world but our first experience of Vietnam was not the friendly experience that everyone raves about.unless customer service improves I would choose another hotel. Ps all our other hotels in the country were lovely.

This small hotel was amazing. Anna who runs it helped us book buses and accommodation for Sapa, Cat ba Island and Ninh Binh and all her recommendations were excellent. I was unwell one day so I asked her to walk with me to get some food which she happily did and then took me to the chemist for electrolytes. We stayed here 3 times between places and each time we returned to staff happy to see us again. Feels so comfortable here and very safe. Great location. Noisy street (like every street in Hanoi is seems) but the windows have good soundproofing. 100% recommend
