Hotel location is good with several cafe and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delicious. Room interior is quite dated.

Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
1) Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and at least one convenience store nearby.
2) Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
3) Friendly receptionists.
Cons:
1) No coffee or tea available in the room.
2) No breakfast available.
3) Badly designed electrical outlets: None near the desk, and none near the refrigerator; the hot water kettle has to be placed on the floor and connected to an outlet near the bed.

One of the best security I have seen! Even the frontdesk knows me by name! They have a good range of variety of food for the free breakfast! I was given lake view and high floor! Best hotel in Hanoi! Highly recommended! Definitely a must-go hotel!

Smoke smell on the pillow/ blanket even though it’s a non smoking room. Amenities seems quite old.
