The vacation has just begun, we have come a long way and, unfortunately, the hotel disappointed us. Upon arrival, no one met us, the lights were off, and all the doors were closed. Only a man was sleeping in a small room, who did not respond to our words. New problems began upon check-in - the man woke up (after the manager called) and began checking us in. He does not know English at all, and did not understand anything through a translator into Vietnamese either. As a result, we booked 2 rooms with a kitchen, but only 1 had a kitchen. When I asked why my friend had a kitchen and we did not (although this was all written in the voucher), we were told "your friend's room has a kitchen" and that was it. Our room was small and much smaller than stated. There were many questions regarding the cleaning... someone's old dry sock and something else were on the cabinet in the bathroom (I did not bother to look closely). Half of the switches simply did not work. And the light in the bathroom ONLY turned on with the extractor fan, which made a loud noise and immediately turned on the light on the... terrace... if you can call it that. The furniture was tired and something had leaked before we checked in. In general, for the money spent on a big cool room, we got a small one.

Very comfortable space, but the elevator to 901 does not go directly, so the luggage needs to be carried one floor up. But there is a balcony, bathtub, large glass, and a good view. However, the hot water in the bathtub must be put in two or three sections, otherwise the heat storage is insufficient.

It takes about 15 minutes by taxi from downtown Hanoi, and it would be difficult to find accommodation in this price range and in this condition. I made a reservation in a hurry, but I was very satisfied with my stay.
