在一個城中村內，環境相當差，不是常年住在那 的人找不到，問了好多當地人都不知道，

繁華街のまん中にあり買い物にも食事にも便利なところ。フロントの女性にハロン湾へのツアーを問い合わせたら、素敵なクラシカルボートのone night tourを予約することができた。また、ダナンヘの 列車の予約もできた。 部屋はきれいに保たれており、２泊のうちにツインルームとファミリールームに１泊ずつした。朝食は果物の種類が多く満足した。

服務：會説英文也很熱情 衞生：整潔乾淨 環境：位置不錯在巷子裏很好找，巷子裏也有很多小吃店，就在還劍湖附近去哪都挺方便，早餐也不錯還可以點河粉

너무친절하고 호안끼엠에서 가까워서 구경하기 너무 좋습니다 주변에 맛집 밎 관광지가 많아서 접근성도 좋고 여유롭게 구경하기좋습니다

여성직원분이 매우 친절합니다 구시가지를 둘러보기에 최적의 위치입니다 처음 오시는분들은 찾기가 조금 까다로울수 있습니다

It’s in a good location in the city and near the old quarters and we could walk to most of the places of interests. The hotel is near so many restaurants and local eateries and one didn’t have to eat in the same place daily. The Manager Jenny is very friendly and helpful and she arranged our visa, airport transfers and even booked us on our Halong Bay cruise. We stayed 9 nights and definitely going back next year to tour other northern places of Vietnam and use Veris as a base.

I have a fantastic stay at Veris hotel . and would recommend it to anyone visiting in Hanoi . Wonderful breakfast with Vietnamese and Westen food . The hotel isn't too far from alot of the attraction to see in Hanoi. Thank you for arrange our Bus to sapa .

We really enjoyed our stay at Veris hotel . The room were small but Cozy , Clean and Bed comfortable. The location is centre of old town , near the church , train street , many local restaurants and cafe shop . The staff help us book a trip to Ninh binh .
