The location is right near the Miding Korean Tower, but it's a bit rough to walk there, although it's a 10-minute walk. However, the price is cheap, it's quiet, the lobby is clean, and the location is a bit disappointing, but I think it's okay for the price.

First of all, I want to say that the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me solve the problem of taking a long-distance bus. I checked in on New Year's Eve to watch the concert at My Dinh Stadium. This hotel is at an intersection, near an urban village, and across the road should be a Korean town with many Koreans and Korean shops. The hotel is very clean, but the TV cannot be watched.

Location quite far from the center. Average travel time is 15 - 20 minutes. During rush hour, it is difficult to get to the center.
Fully furnished apartment for 1 person on business or needing a quiet place to work because this area is quite quiet from noon to evening.
There are many restaurants around: goat dishes, hot pot, vermicelli, bread, sticky rice... and there is KMart n*** at the beginning of the road (100m away), 700m from the Korean dining area.
The service attitude of the female staff is good and enthusiastic.
