Ulasan Splendid Pearlight Hanoi

Lokasinya sangat bagus karena tepat di sebelah Katedral St. Joseph. Harganya juga merupakan nilai terbaik untuk uang. Semua tempat wisata di dekat Hoan Kiem dapat diakses dengan berjalan kaki. Karena bukan hotel mewah, tidak disarankan untuk berpasangan.

Rooms are very old not as I expecting 😩

I love vienam and love to stay at Splendid Hotel. The room is very big and space. It has big windows view to the cathedral and 2 big comfy bed. The breakfast is exceptional. The reception : Mr Dong, Peter, Rose , John are wonderful people, helpful, friendly. Amazing stay. I would love to recommend this place to everyone. I will be back

We had a very nice stay. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and allowed us to get a shower after we had checked out. The hotel was situated in a nice area not far from the lake. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had in our 3 week trip! The rooms were not the largest which is why it’s not a 5 star review.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Rose and Harry are amazing. The hotel is located in the old town and is very central. Helped me find emergency medical care as well. Clean and large rooms in a small quiet street. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby.

All the staff, Mr Dong, Ms Rose and Mr Harry plus Hannah. Very helpful and supportive to make my family trip very smooth .they had arranged everything seamlessly and am very satisfied with the services that are provided by the staff. Helpful and informative and am very glad that we had selected this hotel. They even provide the tour arrangements seamlessly. Even reminding us of all the timing and schedule to assure that we do miss out. Would strongly recommend to book this hotel as well as the services provided by them. A top notch 5 star services provided by the hotel staff makes this holiday a very memorable holiday for my family. Next trip, would also booked through them. We had no time to meet Hannah who is our main contact before we come here. She spare no effort in helping us with the overall arrangement. A big thank you to all the staff and making our holiday seamless and nice feel in visiting Hanoi.

Photos advertised is nothing like what you get. Hotel is rundown. My city view hotel was actually looking into hotel across the road. Also...hope you don't get a higher up floor as you will have to lug your suitcase up many flights of stairs as no elevator. Also wouldn't trust most of these reviews as when you checking out they stand right on top of you to tell you what to type.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and Tom the manager was great. Harry the owner is always there to assist. The location is the hotel is amazing, just don't get perturbed by the back alleys. The breakfast daily was great and so many choices. Fridge and safe in your room. The hotel could do with a little renovation and the church bells wake you up at 5, but I would definately stay there again!

Everything was so amazing. Hotel staff was so kind and friendly always willing to help us with everything . I am really happy we chose this hotel for our stay in Vietnam♥️ I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is coming to Vietnam . Location is perfect as well! .

The staff Mr. Dong and Mr. Tom was amazing with their customer service. Mr. Dong was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants in the area and the tours too. Also, Mr. Doing took care of our room when needed assistance plus, he’s very hilarious too. Mr. Tom was helpful too with suggestion too.

The price online did not match actual price. I booked through Agoda, but when I arrived at the hotel they said that the price was mistaken and they could not let me stay at the hotel for the price I had booked. They gave me the option of cancelling my booking or paying a much higher price. As we spoke to the hotel manager, the fact that I had a legit booking confirmation from Agoda did not matter to him at all, and he asked me to contact Agoda myself if I was unsatisfied. I told him that this was not good customer service, which he responded to with actual threats. «You are a far way from home» and «I have your information», were the words he chose as we walked out the door.

I am sorry to say that we had a very unpleasant and scary meeting with this hotel. We arrived in the morning with a booking through agoda. The receptionist then told us that we had only booked a stay of 4 hours (something they have for people travelling directly to the airport). On our booking it said nothing of this. In fact it said one night stay with breakfast. There were other options on agoda which said 4 hour stay, but I had not choosen this. According to the receptionist this is a reaccuring problem at the hotel that people book a 4 hour stay without knowing (because it does not say). He also proposed paying a higher price, but we did not agree to this. In our opinion, when it says "one night and breakfast" on our booking confirmation, the hotel should grant this. If there is a problem with agoda, this is something they should fix (especially when this is a reaccuring problem). The receptionist was polite and sais he was sorry for the situation. We thanked him, but asked to talk to the hotel manager in order to explain our views. This is when things really went south. At first, the hotel manager explained the same situation as described by the receptionist. We told him that we were not interested in paying more than the price we booked and they should take responsibility for what is advertised in Agoda, not us. We tried telling him that we understood that "there was a problem with agoda", but that this is a problem the hotel should fix and that as customers we would be very disappointed to not get the one night stay we were promised through agoda. He started getting angry and gesticulating very close to my face. Eventually, we told him that we would leave and that we were very unhappy about the situation. We got up to grab our stuff while he shouted "You are far away from home" and "I have your information". This was very uncomfortable as it was an obvious threat. We left in a hurry, startled by the whole thing. We are shocked to learn how the manager threated guests. This is not a place I would recommend anyone to stay.

This is in a great location, side alley right beside the church so quieter than the busier streets. Staff are super helpful and very accomodating. Rooms was lovely and had everything we needed. View to the church was great. No lift but staff help with bags no problem. Great hotel especially for the price.
