Very strategic location, centrally located at Old Quarters. Front Office staff is friendly and courteous. Room size was great, bed was heavenly and shower was good.Breakfast spread was good and had a touch of local flavours.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very kind and welcoming especially the lovely girl who offered us free lychees while we waited in the lobby. The room was nice and spacious, though we occasionally heard some noise from the floor above.
The location is perfect just a short walk to major attractions, great food spots, the lake, and the night market.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was neat and clean. The interior of the room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The hotel staffs were very cooperative. I would like to recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a cozy hotel with reasonable price.

This hotel is great value for money! I stayed for 3 nights, but on the last day, I had to leave early in the morning because of my flight, so I couldn't eat the breakfast buffet. But when I told the counter that I was checking out early the next morning, they asked if I wanted to pack breakfast for me, and they packed bread, water, and bananas for me. Are there many hotels that do this?? It was my first time, so I was really impressed!!

The front desk is a handsome guy. The overall decoration is very French. There is an elevator, the room is relatively small, and the room I booked has no window. I ate on the eighth floor. The breakfast was not bad. There were baguettes, fruits, beef, chicken, and many kinds of dishes, as well as passion fruit! ! I recommend passion fruit with yogurt, which is delicious!
