We stayed for a couple of nights, the staff was very friendly and polite. As soon as we got out of the taxi, we were immediately met, our suitcases were carried and we were taken to the room on the 8th floor. We ordered a room with a view of the lake. Clean, daily cleaning, everything you need is there. Breakfast is excellent in the restaurant on the 9th floor with a beautiful view.

This Hotel very very nice Hotel especially the room and bed including staffs have services mind. I love Sky bar that we can see a beautiful view of west lake including enjoy food & drink on the deck.

I booked a river view room. The room size was satisfactory. The refrigerator was also a home refrigerator, very cold and large in capacity. The counter staff was very friendly. There was a restaurant + bar upstairs. The cocktails were carefully prepared and the food was also very good.
