The first time I went abroad for a short trip, I encountered a night flight. I was unfamiliar with the place, so I booked a capsule hotel at the airport. On the one hand, it was for convenience, and on the other hand, I was really curious.
After actually staying there, I was very discouraged. 1. There was no shower 2. I had to leave the room and walk a long way to go to the toilet in the middle of the night 3. The room was so small that I could only stay in bed.

The hotel is excellent! For a few hours of sleep between flights - you won't find better - clean, there are sockets, toiletries and free water. The downside is the lack of a shower, but given the specifics of the hotel, this is a small drawback.
