Ulasan Kawasaki Noi Bai Airport Hotel

Fasilitas hotel secara umum dapat diterima, dan sanitasinya terjaga dengan baik. Sikap pelayanan petugas front desk dari check-in sampai check-out sangat baik. Saya merasa bukan pelayanan hotel dengan harga segini.

This hotel was clean, near airport. Location is good

Everything ok, except..when i go this hotel, i see google map. I can't find the adress. And i say to staff at my hotel to help me. He write the adress, saw the map its separatly like to the hotel. We go by bus from old quarter, at arrive at the bus station 22.30 pm. We walk as a street show. And actually its wrong. We stop in front office and the bus driver help us to call taxi. And its 30 mnt from our place. We are so afraid coz its so night n' no body's. I think the owner must be do something note to people about the adress. The staff, only 1 for service. N' the breakfast not like i want. Its just 5 mnt from airport.

It was convenient although a bit acient. But the ambience is amazing

Kawasaki Hotel near Noi Bai Airport is hard to find—hidden in a narrow alley and nearly impossible to locate with Google Maps. While the bed was clean with new sheets and the bathroom was clean but poorly lit, the overall ambiance was outdated and dusty. The free breakfast was disappointing, with cold, low-quality food, and the promised airport transportation wasn’t provided. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Surprising the hotel is so close to the airport., especially to save traveling time and to avoid heavy traffic . Will go again should I travel for business again. Everything is fine and not complaining for low cost hotel overnight . .

Location is very close to the airport. This hotel is very quite And staff is very nice and kind. Free transportation is also provided I will stay here again if I come to Hanoi

Very strategic place for short transit before flying and the service is really good as they also provide one way pick up or drop off with good breakfast. The only thing can be improved if they can change the hard bed to softer bed.

No hot water and blanket have a very bad smell. Location was a bit hard to locate at night.

Basic hotel close to the airport normal hard Vietnamese bed but soft pillows

If you are looking for a budget-friendly but good quality hotel, I recommend this hotel. It goes with free breakfast and airport transfer. I forgot If I have availed the service but I got a free one. Staff are super nice too.
