The Best Staff, Special Mention to Tom and Vanessa. They are so helpful and approachable. They helped us to have a wonderful city tour, Halong Bay Cruise and the incense Village.We enjoyed our stay and we had a delicious boufet breakfast during our stay. Highly Recommended coz it is located at the center of Hanoi.

The place is clean and tidy and the location is perfect. The friendly staff also had the best recommendations on where to go on our day trips, they assisted me in finding lost items at the taxi. The spa was very soothing, after exploring the city for the day!

We stayed at King Hotel 3nights during travel to Vietnam 2 weeks. This hotel located in the center of Hanoi old quarter area. The staff, especially front desk staff were very helpful. They upgrade to higher room type for us from 3rd to 6th floors with peace, nice street view. The room are comfort bed, window and clean. We had to take taxi to airport in the last day, they helped us moved luggaged to 100 m to the taxi stop near by. Onemore, the prices are reasonable. Would be happy here again and highly recommend

Do not come here ever they take things from your luggage while cleaning the room and then say we dont have it and they don’t know English also ever and there room is bad like a real bad there is water dropping from Cieling and AC is not working when we complain at reception they say we cannot help even also when we say we will not pay due to service they say we will not give your passport and they ask for extra money and us we had a very bad experience with this hotel I highly recommend not keep foot here

King Palace Hotel and Spa is hands down the best choice for for your stay in Hanoi. No matter if you want to combine your stay in Hanoi with the excursions and trips that are also offered by King Palace Hotel or if you just want to hang around Hoan Kiem lake enjoy the old quarters. I've never felt the need for posting any review during my many trips to Hanoi but the excellent, classical and stylish accommodation and in particular the fabulous staff under guidance of the Hotels' manager Mrs. Spring left me no choice to make an exception this time. A true gem of a hotel that deserves to be discovered by anyone visiting Hanoi, All my needs were met, all my requests were handled swiftly and professionally. But what really made the difference was the kindness and the constant feeling, from the first moment to the last day of my stay, that you were made feel at home. No wonder many guests return here year after year, no matter expatriated Vietnamese for their yearly trip to their home country or foreign tourists who fell in love with Vietnam. Many thanks to lovely Mrs. Spring, the bell boys and the great household staff for the great memories and unequaled superior service that can't be, and will not be, matched by any high end priced hotel in Hanoi's old quarters.
