Let's get the bad point out - location. The advertised location in trip com and the actual residence is totally different location. I would expect when I book at accomodation at old quarters it will be there but in actually it's few km away down south out of old quarters. When trying to get clarification, the host gave some restructuring of the distance nonsense, which I told him, no matter how the district are split / merge, the location of the hotel will remains the same spot. In the end, it's take it of leave it, not needing to have another stress of booking another hotel last minute I proceed with this one . We are already stressed enough on the location changes , all plans changes along with it too. Now the good part The checkin is via a cafe staff which is pretty straight forward and very unusually since one staff will be taken out to do checkin and not serving customer . There's no lift , so expect to carry your lugguage up to 4th floor. Rooms are really nicely decorated and designed, very cozy . Have similar ammeties like a small apartment which is a surprised . All room have attached bathroom which is a big plus. Overall out stay is good and comfortable . Will be rebook? If only I wanted to be in location then I would consider it. Search for nyna coffee in Trang tien , hoan kiem area.

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request and offering helpful advice about nearby attractions.

The bed was comfortable and the room stayed quiet all night. I slept very well and woke up refreshed. Exactly what I wanted from a hotel stay.

Very clean and well lit space. The furniture felt new and sturdy. Smart tv with Netflix was a nice touch. The building was quiet at night. Host was helpful and polite. It’s a good spot for both business and short leisure stays.
