It is a very large department which have two washing room. You can see the city view in the balcony. And walk for 15 mins , there is a Lotte supermarket which is very huge . Under the department there is a mall, you can buy Starbucks coffee and find some restaurants for Vietnam food. BTW, the location is not in the center of the city, so you need to take a taxi for 10-15 mins.

Apparemment is nice and clean,we enjoy our stay there ,you have all the accommodations that you need,teapot ,ironing,washing machine,cooking plate,dishes ,cups,etc,there is a balcony and a shopping mall downstairs.we recommend this place ,it’s not far from main sights around 10 min by taxi.

The location is good near to 2 big mall. A bit far from hanoi city centre. Host is very responsive to whatever we ask. The house is complete, being doing my laundry coz we just came back from Sapa.

Our stay at Vinhomes was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and update regarding the check in process. Most amenities were provided aside from toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was great for us as we had quite a bit of laundry to be washed. Location was just 3 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall where all necessities and shopping can be done! Really enjoyed our stay at Vinhomes, will be back next time :)

The place if perfect for us. Good location and acessible anywhere especially on Vincom mall. The apartment are so clean and it smells good. All the linens are freshly scented. We truly enjpyed our stayed in this apartment and will surely book again once we visit Hanoi city again

Good value. Not the Ritz, but a lot better than average, especially for the price (40% off odd fyi). Plenty of space. Kitchen, washing machine, bathtub. Mall and supermarket adjacent. Lots of food options, great cafe nearby. Bit of a trip to the old quarter, but, it is where it is and it's close to heaps of things.

I wouldn’t say that I have the most pleasant experience staying in this place. The first room was a disaster in terms of its cleanliness. Made a complaint to the team and they are kind enough to immediately change / upgrade my room. It was fine after that. I think the place is decent in generally if you’re not asking for too much. There’s a mall nearby, making things convenient if you need to buy certain things. Overall, I would give it a 3 out of 5.

Before check in, the accommodation contacted us to offer us a free upgrade to their 3-bed, which they said was larger so we of course accepted (we didn’t need the extra bedroom but the larger living room sounded nice). The check in process was a bit odd, we hadn’t been sent the passcode for the door and were not to speak to reception, but no big deal. However, the main issue was that the property was complement different to the 3-bed listed, and of a lower quality. We asked the property to move to the unit we had actually booked but this said this wasn’t possible that night, we’d have to wait until the next day. We had to contact Trip.com and after 1h30 and much back and forth, we were finally moved to the 3-bed advertised. This looked like the pictures, except that the living room door didn’t close, letting in the outside and more annoyingly noise from the very large motorway junction right underneath… we asked to check out early and the property was quickly accommodating.
Response from Property: This comment is intended as retaliation against the hotel, despite my best efforts to accommodate their requests.Initially, they booked a 2-bedroom apartment. After discussing with them, they agreed to upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment. However, upon check-in, they claimed that the check-in process took too long and decided to cancel their booking. They felt that the apartment they received was different from the photos, even though the quality was the same with no significant differences. After negotiating, I agreed to move them to a new apartment (still a 3-bedroom) within less than 40 minutes. In their review, they said it took me nearly an hour and a half to agree, which is completely false. After moving to the new apartment, they were temporarily satisfied. But shortly after, I received a notification from Trip.com that they would cancel the rest of their stay. Before that, I had asked them if there were any issues with the apartment so I could address them, but they didn’t mention anything at all. They later claimed that the living room door was broken when they left and returned to the apartment. This is very unreasonable. Why didn’t they inform me as soon as they entered the room? I agreed to cancel the remaining two nights for them without charging any additional fees.
