The hotel is in the Hoan Kiem Lake area. The front desk service is fine and they speak fluent English. However, the facilities in the room are very old and the sockets are old. The room is cleaned fairly well. There is a bar at the entrance of the hotel. The noise lasts until one or two o'clock at night. The windows are not soundproofed well.

Great hotel, friendly staff and delicious breakfast! It was noisy because of the karaoke outside, but the hotel offered earplugs, it did not prevent us from having a good rest. Thank you!

I love this hotel so much, booked the balcony room and without going out can see lively old town scenery, food options are decent and good even for non meat eater, and it's walkable to go around the old town
