Would not recommend this hotel. Not a pleasant experience at all!
We raised our concerns to reception upon arrival. To name a few (you can also refer to photos):
- the blanket was basically just the sheet itself with no duvet/quilt. There is a duvet/quilt in the wardrobe that you have to use as a second blanket instead
- the view was of a dirty wall, which was not what we paid for which was the city view
- you only have one card. Which is very inconvenient especially when one of us needed to leave the room, leaving the other person in a pitch black room with no electricity
- mould mould mould! In the shower and on the walls. Major health concern for us as adults and especially our baby.
Spoke to reception about our concerns, yet no assistance on helping us resolve it.
Requested to speak to the manager to raise our concerns and to request for a refund. The receptionist refused to let us speak to the manager directly the next day and ignored us when reaching out via Whatsapp.
Had to leave immediately due to the mould and the health concern to us and our baby.
Save your money as it was a disappointing experience. It's not worth it.

Had late check in so the staff on duty probably didn't know the procedures too well. They tried to upgrade me to their suite but the smell was too pungent. Smelled like the chemicals from the swimming pool above was seeping through down below to the room somehow. So that took 30mins I didn't want to go through at that time. 8pm
They found another room after 10-15? Mins. They didn't communicate well enough for me to understand them until I finally got to my room and rest.
3 nights and nobody cleaned my room.
The safe was not doing safe things. It is not secure at all.. terrible.
Ran out of towels. And toiletries.
Not the best experience and definitely not recommending. I'm not trying to pull a race card, but staff were more catering to Caucasians. And not ASEAN looking guests like me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Checked out of the hotel as soon as we checked in! Never an experience we had to go through before.
We upgraded our room for more space and was placed on a higher floor (Room 601). Yes, I inspected the room prior to agreeing to the move. There was a distinct musty smell I thought would go away, only to realise that it was the smell of MOULD! There was mould in the bathroom and we really believe there is mould in the walls/ceiling, given the pool is right above. Based on my experience in my line of work, the smell of mould and dampness is quite evident.
We checked out straight away as we know how unsafe mould is, could cause serious health issues especially with our 1 year old baby.
We were extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the receptionist and manager to resolve our issues. Until now, they have yet to discuss our concerns and refund request after multiple attempts.
We expect a better level of service, especially being a 4 star hotel.
We do not recommend this hotel at all!

The hotel has a good and central location, which is definitely a plus. However, I had a disappointing stay due to several serious issues. I found bedbugs and insects in my room and couldn’t sleep for two nights. Cleanliness was below acceptable standards.
The staff was kind and helpful, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, a package I left at the reception was lost, which made me seriously question the hotel’s reliability.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its convenient location.

Really nice, I like it. Except that you can hear your neighbors talking from your room. Sound isolation isn't that good. Otherwise everything was smooth, check in at 3am after a late flight, the stuffs were very helpful and nice. Nice location also.

A very bad experience. We arrived and they informed us that our room had issues with hot water and air con. They told us we'd have to go to their sister hotel, but that we could return at 9am the next morning.
We went to the sister "hotel", it was a residence with dirty old rooms and no facilities. We complained and were upgraded to a slightly less awful room, still had cockroaches though.
The next morning we went back and they said the room wasn't actually ready. We had no access to the breakfast nor pool. We went for coffee and met somebody else with the same situation. It turns out they overbook rooms.
We decided to request a refund and move to another hotel which is when suddenly the room became ready AND they upgraded us.
The breakfast and pool aren't bad when you can access and staff are friendly enough.
We went to Ha Long bay and I asked to reserve a room for when we got back. The lady at reception assured me this wouldn't be necessary. When we got back there were no rooms so we had to find somewhere with an angry tired toddler.
TL:DR they overbook and lie about it.

We arrived late in the night to out hotel, however the staff were there to help us check in. When checking out they had language storage and a scale for those who worry about over packing.
Buffet was simple but always had fresh local fruit available. Pool is not wheel chair accessible, located a little further out from the city centre about a 20min walk, however this meant that our area was a little quieter than the rest of Hanoi.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and were deeply disappointed. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the room stayed over 30°C, making it extremely uncomfortable. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no technician ever came, and repeated promises of a room change were never fulfilled. Staff acted like nothing was wrong, and we later discovered other rooms had the same issue. The room and bathroom were dirty, and the cleaning staff appeared untrained and unprofessional. We were even charged for two bottles of water (25k each) without a receipt. While the breakfast was decent and the property itself had potential, the poor service, lack of transparency, and failure to address basic issues made for a frustrating and disappointing experience—especially for what’s advertised as a premium hotel.
