Lestar Hotel Hanoi

After much searching, I chose a hotel without windows! We arrived at the hotel at 3 or 4 in the afternoon, and were given a last room with no windows that could be opened, and the only window was in the bathroom. The front desk was very polite, but they didn't have any more room cards: one more room card, no more; can we change rooms, no more (were we the last ones to check in? Haha); can we get two more bottles of water (it was raining heavily and it was difficult to buy them)? They first asked you which room number you had, and then asked you to [go downstairs and get some at the water dispenser after you finish drinking]. I couldn't believe my ears and my English level, hahaha. The hotel we stayed in Vietnam was so low-end that it was so hard to even get water? In summary, the hotel location is OK, it's not on the road but it's easy to get a taxi (but you can't find the hotel name on Grab), the decoration is OK, but the hotel rooms are extremely small, there are not many rooms, and it's risky to get the last room. Moreover, the water in hotels of this level in Vietnam seems to be in small bottles and cannot be refilled, and there are no disposable slippers. Please consider the above carefully.

Clean room, complete facilities, convenient location

The room is clean and tidy, and the color scheme is what I like. Located near the old street, it is very convenient for eating and drinking at night. The front desk service was very patient. It takes about 50 minutes by taxi from the airport.
