Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley

We had an excellent stay at this Hotel, the rooms were clean and quiet. The staff were very polite and went out of their way to be helpful,Grace organised all our tours and transfers and was on hand to deal with any other requirements. Breakfast was excellent but it is in their sister hotel across road which is only 30 metres away The Hotel is in a great location. I would like to thank all the staff and especially Grace for a great stay and an enjoyable time in Hanoi.

Our stay was exceptional and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, flexible, and patient. Special thanks to Justin, Henry, Tracy, and Grace for their invaluable tips on nearby attractions. The hotel was also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to enjoy a hot shower even after check-out or before check-in. The hospitality truly went above and beyond! Breakfast was great, offering a wide range of options, including both local cuisine and Western-style dishes, with vegetarian options available as well. The hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance of shopping areas, food streets, and Hanoi’s Old Quarter. We truly appreciated the warmth and friendliness of the staff, and I look forward to returning for another visit.

We were a group of couples. Great Location walking distance from the main attractions in the old city. The most friendly staff I have come across in all my travels. Very friendly, respectful, and helpful. They are always there to help no matter what time you call. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights here and did a lot of tours in the city and a boat cruise in Ha Long Bay. All booked through the hotel, and all was superb. Special thanks to Grace and the reception staff! Definitely recommended for tourists!

I’m a little late with this review, but I really wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at the hotel. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was coming home. The warmth and genuine care from the staff truly touched my heart, making my stay unforgettable. The rooms were cozy, the bed felt like a dream, and everything was spotless! Last August we were in this hotel and we can only say good things about it. Very attentive and very efficient staff, the rooms are very clean and spacious, very good and plentiful food, My wife broke her leg on a trip to Sapa and when we arrived we already had crutches ready, and all the facilities and care possible. We felt very comfortable at all times. Without a doubt, if we return to Hanoi we will repeat the hotel.

I had an incredible experience staying at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley. It was, without a doubt, my best stay in Vietnam. Justin, Teddy, and Grace are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. Justin is particularly attentive, offering the best recommendations for local restaurants and activities. They all speak excellent English and were more than willing to book activities or translate for me, as I don't speak Vietnamese. They are extraordinarily accommodating and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley is a 4-star hotel that offers the services of a 5-star establishment. The breakfast is also fantastic, featuring a variety of options from local cuisine to Western-style dishes, with vegetarian choices available as well. As a solo female traveller, I truly appreciated their warmth and friendliness, and I look forward to returning with my family.
