Service is great ! The staff is very friendly- the hotel itself it’s worth the price if you look for something fancier then it will cost you more. I think is a good hotel to stay if you are looking to be in and out of the room

Room was ok, bathroom had mold around the floor, hallway was dark and the paint scraped and worn, elevator was musty. Pictures are not representative at all The only good thing was the location

They left us on the street. I made a reservation on October 16th and when I arrived at the hotel on November 16th they told me that the hotel was full, that I had no room and that I had to manage on my own, they didn't give me any alternative. This was the second time I was going to stay there. The first time was before going to Cambodia for 4 days, and when they left me stranded it was the second reservation I had with them. The hotel is terrible, the rooms are small, noisy, and the quality in general is terrible. The photos do not correspond at all with reality. I would never stay in such a dump again.

Absolutely disgusting. We booked the hotel through ***********, it had score 10 and very nice pictures, however it was terrible, very old building, dump, smelly with cockroaches. We left our luggage in a room and went to SaPa. Also, when we arrived and paid, our booking ( on *********** website) was cancelled. I think it was done deliberately to avoid bad reviews.

The hotel staff is very rude. They are actually running a scam. They actually force you to pay at the hotel and if you already paid online they won't allow you to check in telling you that they have overbooked and tell you to cancel your booking and then book again at the hotel desk. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. There is a far better hotel just next to it called HANOIAN CENTRAL.
