Thank you for a wonderful stay at the hotel. We stayed in two-room apartments. It was very clean and cozy, with everything you need and even more than in more expensive hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. If we ever return to Hanoi, we'll definitely come back. Hot water is available everywhere, and the air conditioning works great. The lake is right outside the windows, and there are various cafes nearby. If you have any questions, please contact the staff, and they will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.

房間非常寬敞、設施齊全，地點就在西湖旁，周圍環境安靜又舒適。
如果不習慣老城區的吵雜氣氛，這裡會是很棒的選擇。
雖然 check-in 的流程和環境還有進步空間，但以價格來說，整體CP值非常高。
已訂過好幾次，也推薦給朋友入住。

I choose to stay in that place for the second time this year during my visit in Hanoi. Last time I got high floor room and everything was just perfect! Unfortunately, this time even though I requested high floor apartment, I got the first floor one with explanation that there is nothing else available. Young boy in the lobby propose me to move to one of their different apartments if I am not satisfy with that one, but then he stop replying and I decided to give it a chance and stay. Please be aware that is very noisy there, especially if you choose room facing lake. Noises from the street, as well as people conversations until very late night, as there are several cafe shops and restaurants right downstairs. First day, washing machine got broken, then lighting , after the wardrobe. Electric pot was also impossible to use, even though they always send someone to fix and help. Apartment 201 should be renovated, as it’s simply old. Beside all of that, my stay was OK.

Stayed here for the second time and would stay again.
Room is sizable, comfortable. My room's toilet had a weird structure running through it, so the shower area is slightly smaller but no other issues.
Bed is clean, has a washing machine, most amenities are provided.
Location is pretty nice, facing the lake. About 10mins grab bike to old quarter.
Away from the city so it's very quiet and serene. Would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance.

GGaryI've given a detailed review about this hotel on my previous stay. While there are a few deficiencies the location, views and ample room size & design more than make up for them. Hence I'm staying here again and, if possible, will extend my stay further. This place is a great bargain 👍.

It was a little shallow, but I was grateful that there was a bathtub.
I am satisfied with being able to stay very cheaply.
(I was surprised to leave my passport at the front desk until check-in 〜 check-out, but there seems to be such a custom in Vietnam!)

The room was well cleaned and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Also very close to the center with a lively view of West Lake right outside. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!
