Hotel dekat Xixi National Wetland Park, Hangzhou

As a seasoned traveler in the hotel industry, I can say without hesitation that the service provided by this hotel is really excellent! Every employee is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They not only made me feel at home, but also met all my needs and exceeded my expectations in service. Whether it's front desk reception or room service, every communication reflects the hotel's attention and attention to guests. Moreover, the hotel's facilities and environment are also very elegant, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

I am very lucky to choose Fanyun Xixi Hotel in Xixi Wetland, where I can feel the long-standing Xixi culture and see beautiful scenery everywhere. Welcome fruit, free drinks in the refrigerator every day, rich and delicious breakfast, and my mother and sister stayed for three consecutive nights, enjoying the tranquility and comfort brought to us by the paradise. Manager Xu at the front desk specially sent birthday cakes and birthday gifts, which gave me too many unexpected surprises. I will definitely come again!

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. Excellent stay. Owner and service are nice and friendly. The room is clean and nice, comfortable. It’s a kind of homestay with 2 floors and not a high building which makes it feel cozier and calm. The hotel is located in a big and beautiful park area so feels like being away of the city and close from nature. Recommends 👍 Also there is a small farm / workshop / art infrastructure in front of the hotel, the landlord is nice and there is a cozy place to drink coffee in, worth taking a look!

Recently, I kept seeing that Hangzhou in March is full of flowers, and the water of West Lake is smooth and silky, so I immediately arranged a trip to Hangzhou. The hotel was chosen along the subway station, which is very convenient for travel (don’t ask why I didn’t choose a hotel near West Lake, if you ask, I just didn’t have the budget, hahahaha). In the morning, I went to Xixi Wetland opposite the hotel, and in the afternoon, I went to West Lake. The recommendation was right. Hangzhou is really very suitable for tourism, with a comfortable climate, beautiful scenery, and a healing city. Mercure Hotel is also very cost-effective, very new, with good facilities, rich breakfast, and very good beef noodles. The service staff is also very enthusiastic. The takeaway we ordered was delivered super fast. They also recommended us a place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, it was a bit blocked by clouds on the day we went there, so I must make up for the regret next time I have a chance.

The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful. The waterfront rooms in the state guest area were upgraded. The service WeChat was added proactively so that service matters can be communicated at any time. The waterfront rooms are quiet and comfortable. There is Longjing tea in the breakfast restaurant and the room. Make a cup of Longjing tea, sit in the lakeside restaurant or the waterfront balcony in the room, surrounded by green water, full of greenery, watch ducks swimming in the water, listen to birds singing, the wetland hotel puts you in the embrace of nature. Disadvantages: The air conditioning in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor is not strong and too hot.

This stay was great! Tina was very enthusiastic and patiently answered questions from the moment I checked in. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The hotel's restaurant has a rich variety of dishes and the taste is authentic. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and it is very pleasant to take a walk. I will come again next time!

It was a very satisfying trip. My girlfriend and I chose a courtyard twin room. The room was on the first floor. There was a very Japanese-style courtyard outside the room. It was very leisurely to take pictures and drink tea! The bathing area was super large, with a very comfortable bathtub. You can enjoy a bath with milk bath salts at night. The service was very considerate. The heating was turned on for us in advance when the weather turned cold. There were many varieties of breakfast. The restaurant environment was very romantic. It was a pleasant journey and full of happiness! What was particularly great was their special project, which gave away an hour of exclusive travel photography. The shooting effect was very satisfactory! I will stay at Huajiantang again next time if I have the chance!

Wonderful location which is located inside of the one of top reserved natural beauty area - Xixi Wetland, can easy assess to wetland and visit the surrounding beautiful great natural landscape and wildlife. Moreover, the hotel built by Su style, one of most famous landscapes style in the ancient Chinese history. It’s also convenient to travel to another great place called Tian Mu Li where has lots of great foods and shoppings.

Always a nice place to stay. Elegant and spacious rooms, overall good service, very good value for money. Breakfast is good and there is a good choice of restaurants.
