The early communication with the front office manager, ********* girl Zixuan, was pleasant and warm. From the first day when we drove to the hotel gate, every staff member remembered my name. Entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by our duty manager GarySun, who had prepared a bouquet of white roses and my favorite lotus bouquet and arranged everything. Guest relations Miss Lulu took us to the room. The luggage had been placed on the luggage rack... The room was in the style of the old money, and it was well maintained. The inner and outer terraces were bright and full of green. In the evening, the lotus pond was moonlit. It was quiet and beautiful. The disinfection was in place and there was not a single mosquito. I admire it! Mr. Bob and Miss Penny, the manager of the Black Pearl Sands Hall, wrote handwritten greeting cards, and I liked the small gifts very much. The table layout and hand-painted cartoon patterns are very pleasing. The food at Black Pearl has also been praised by my gourmet husband. Semi-buffet breakfast, like avocado Benedict eggs. Freshly steamed dumplings and osmanthus cakes in the Sands Hall. Freshly fried spring rolls. Pianerchuan, delicious! Caviar snacks are sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is endless... Room delivery is not only full of ceremony but also first-class taste. Miss Judith's professional delivery service is also perfect. Thank you for giving us such a complete dining experience. Although there are some minor episodes in the few days of stay experience. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Hangzhou West Lake Four Seasons is worthy of being ranked in the 2024 Global Luxury Hotel 100. It is worth staying and experiencing!!

The inclusion of a washing machine was an unexpected bonus, making our stay even more convenient and homely. The cherry on top? The in-house restaurant serves up a steak that is nothing short of fabulous. Every bite was a culinary delight, perfectly cooked to our preference and served with impeccable service. Without a doubt, Oakwood Residence Hangzhou has set the benchmark for exceptional hospitality. We are already planning our next visit, eager to relive the magic of this extraordinary home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and that 'just like home' feeling.

Advantages: The two-bedroom suite is suitable for families and has good privacy; the car can be parked in the courtyard, which is very convenient. Disadvantages: The fence gate of the independent courtyard cannot be closed. Fortunately, it is off-season and no bad people will break in, and the maintenance is not timely; I feel that the staff does not have a todo list. Two of the four bottles of mineral water in the room have been opened. I dare not drink them and just pour them all out and use the ones in my car; the package indicates that the content provided is not in place. It doesn’t matter if small things are leaked, but it makes me worry that the service is not online and uncomfortable, and I suddenly don’t have much trust; the porcelain tableware has a gap, which is still taboo. Suggestions: Butler service still needs to pay more attention to details. Although different preferences may cause the content provided to be abandoned, it is not advisable to let it be used without using it. If you can actively communicate and get feedback, it should be effectively optimized and improved.

It was a very happy stay. This is my third time staying in the hotel. I like the hotel environment and the spacious and bright room. This time I also stayed in a water view townhouse. The view of the lake in front is great. The attitude of the waiter is also very good. The uncle and aunt who clean the house say good morning and hello to you from a distance. They are very kind! The set meal is also very delicious. I ate it twice and didn't get tired of it. It is enough for two people and the ingredients are fresh! Special thanks to Miss Rainbow. Knowing that I think it is too lively, the room she arranged for me is very quiet and comfortable. It is really pleasant to bask in the sun outside. There are too many good places... Come again next time!

Great homestay. We stayed in the room with the garden which was very clean and comfortable. Special mention to the young girl and the reception who speaks a very good English and helped us finding a fantastic restaurant for lunch. Also, we appreciated the calm and relaxing location, surrounded by nature.

B&B is a B&B, but it is managed by a star-rated hotel, which is surprising. There are a total of 6 villas with more than 30 rooms. The natural environment is very good and surrounded by bamboo forests. We live on the second floor balcony with a great view. The food is exquisite and the service is very good. We have to make reservations for lunch and dinner earlier. We went directly to the restaurant to eat twice when we came back late. When we went late, we found that there were not many dishes, but all of them were delicious. All CDs . The housekeeper said that because the ingredients are purchased according to the order on the same day and will not be overnight, there is basically no surplus. There are two swimming pools where the kids had a great time, and they ordered baked pizza in advance, and made it in the coffee shop. The three-sided glass has a great view. The butler made it with the children. This is the first time I have seen this chic little oven. The freshly baked pizza is delicious, and the ice cream is very milky, so you must eat one. There is a small gate in the hotel that leads to the creek, with a suspension bridge, which can be concave. Shuangxi Rafting is within walking distance, and the children had a great time by kayaking. In the evening, we didn’t make an appointment for the hotel’s camping barbecue. We ordered a takeaway barbecue when we saw people grilling and were too hungry. After the takeaway was delivered, the little brother at the front desk sent us the room immediately, and it was super warm against the clock. A perfect trip! Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Chen who baked pizza with his children, and the housekeeper Jingzhe who brought us supper at night. They are caring and warm, and the service is in place. With this group of lovely young people who are full of enthusiasm for their work, the hotel will definitely get better and better. We look forward to our next encounter.

A very disappointing hotel. The decor and the staff are very nice, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet iso-so but adequate. My room has a.great view of the river, is very comfortable and ”clean looking”. This is where it's disappointing. The spa tub had no power and water leaked all over the floor, the welcome gift came the next day, despite a long huge balcony there' are no chairs (or table), no min-ibar to speak of (despite being listed in room amenities), couldn't find anything if room service is offered, and.to top it all off, three restaurants are listed but one is only open (for breakfast). They do offer junk food vending machines throughout the hotel and there.is a small area for a cafe, limited menu of ”fast food” and Starbucks coffee. Oh, well. I will still return again to Hangzhou but not to this hotel.

The environment is average, the front desk service is OK, there is a water leak under the wash basin in the room, and they came to repair it in time after I reported it, but next time I need to pay more attention to whether the shower gel and shaving liquid need to be added.

This hotel is an absolute gem and is in the heart of Hangzhou. The atmosphere and vibe is like you’re out of Hangzhou and was really so relaxing. Check in was smooth, thank you to Julie at the front desk, she was sweet, kind and informative. My room was clean and tidy, I loved the shower room. The bed comfy and the view spectacular!! I enjoyed breakfast and walked around the lake afterwards. It’s a really buzzing and beautiful place to rest at. I think if it had a pool it would have completed the luxurious feel! Either way, I will be back for staycations here, I felt warm and welcome. Upon check out, the three ladies at the front desk yesterday was also so warm and cheerful, I’m so sorry that I didn’t catch their names as I was rushing out. Everyone I encountered were proficient in English, so it was easy to communicate. Also I had already booked with breakfast but I loved their little light breakfast bag idea, it was so cool! I’ll try it next time!

The location was beautiful - beautiful views and lots of tea around! Everyone was helpful and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very traditional Chinese. The location was difficult to get or from via Didi during peak times. We were able to make it work though. The A/C wasn't turned on yet so it was warm in the room if windows were closed. If windows were open, it was very noisy starting at about 5:00 am. All-in-all, it was a nice trip in a beautiful location.
