Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Danau Barat, membuat perjalanan menjadi mudah. Itu adalah perjalanan yang sangat memuaskan.

Saya menginap di sini tiap kali saya pergi. Itu nyaman. Bibi layanan pelanggan Zheng Zhihong sangat ramah dan mengirimkan buah-buahan dan barang-barang untuk anak-anak. Sarapannya agak rata-rata. Saya harap ini akan diperbaiki di masa mendatang.

Pelayanan hotelnya tidak terlalu bagus. Hanya ada satu orang di meja depan pada pukul 2 siang. Ketika saya bertanya, saya diberitahu bahwa hanya ada satu orang. Ketika saya mencetak daftar, mereka bertanya apakah boleh mencetak satu untuk dua kamar? Pakaian! Kamar tidur ganda yang saya pesan sebenarnya memiliki dua tempat tidur yang disatukan! Saya meminjam payung, mendaftar, dan mengembalikannya tepat waktu. Ketika saya membayar, saya masih bertanya apakah payungnya sudah dikembalikan.

The hotel location is good. Restaurants is good and staff Linda yuan and Elvis Zheng are friendly we have a good weekend ! Maybe we will satay here again !

Excellent location near West Lake and Fengqi Lu Metro station. Wulinmen night market is added value for the food and shopping.

We have lived in Hangzhou and know the city well and come back to the same hotel - Rose Garden - but also try other 5 star hotels. Lakeview is a fine hotel, but only if you count it as a 3 star hotel. The room had what you need, but no atmosphere, no nice details, no bed lamps, very small bathroom, not as stylish as other hotels. The breakfast had many Chinese’s option and some western fod - coffee good - the coffee offeret in you room is a sweet milky one. The location is fine, but because of didi app getting around in Hangzhou is easy, you don’t have take a hotel because of location, you can choose a much nicer one a little further away. We prefer beautiful Rose Garden 12 km away from the west lake, with an outdoor pool and all the 5 star quality’s . We won’t be going back to lakeview, nothing was wrong with it, but for the same price you can have so so so much more!!

Really excellent hotel. Kept in good condition with very professional service. 夔洋成 (Zecheng Kui) at reception and Yi Xia at concierge were really helpful and excellent staff.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room — such a lovely gesture that made our trip even more special. The room was well-equipped with a variety of teas, which was a nice touch for winding down after a day out. What really stood out to us was how child-friendly the hotel is — they provided kids’ slippers and toothbrushes, which our little one loved! It’s those thoughtful details that make all the difference. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. And the location couldn’t be better — right next to West Lake, making it super convenient for sightseeing and enjoying peaceful walks. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay. We’d happily return!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to Hangzhou’s attractions. We were particularly impressed with the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of Linda Yuan and Bella Jin. Their warm, attentive service made our stay truly memorable. Whether it was offering local recommendations or ensuring our needs were met with a smile, they consistently exceeded our expectations. The room service was equally outstanding—prompt, meticulous, and delivered with genuine care, thanks to Linda and Bella’s efforts. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The overall ambiance of the hotel, combined with its top-notch service, created a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We left feeling pampered and already looking forward to our next visit. What an absolutely lovely experience! The lady at the front desk spoke English and upgraded our room. We had so much space for our boys. My husband loved the spacious bathroom, since some hotels have really cramped bathrooms. There was even a TV to watch something while taking a bath! They have many movies available (in English as well). The location is great - super near the West Lake and Kerry Centre. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a large variety to choose from (Western and Chinese food). My sons also had fun playing in their playroom. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Hangzhou. Highly recommend!

It’s been a great experience, friendly and helpful staff

Hotel location was close to all local point of interest, shopping and night markets and hotel staff gave very good service. Only complaint was the rooms are very dated. Beds could use some replacement.

Hotel is very modern, and the amenities are in great condition. Staff is very friendly and provides help very quickly. Location is great, close to the lake and lots of shops.
