From the moment I arrived, the warmth of the staff and the elegance of the property set the tone for an incredible stay.
The adventure truly continues here, as the hotel perfectly complements the charm of Hangzhou. Nestled near the iconic West Lake, every view from the hotel seems like a painting brought to life. The serene atmosphere, combined with the rich cultural heritage of the surroundings, embodies the real Hangzhou—beautiful in so many ways.
The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the luxurious rooms to the exquisite dining options, made this a trip to remember. Very glad to stay here after a local friend recommended! The view from the hotel of Hangzhou’s west lake is awesome. The hotel was luxurious and the checking in process was especially pleasant. The receptionist Ms He Liqing and team were especially helpful and friendly, sharing about the hotel and also providing a free room upgrade.

Our first time in Hangzhou and this hotel has the best location right in front of the lake. The grounds are tranquil and the gardens inside the hotel are beautiful.
The concierge created a WeChat so we could communicate with him. Special thank you to Mr 吴其周 who kindly handled all our requests with so much patience and always with a smile.
We will definitely stay here if we come back to Hangzhou!

I’m very satisfied with this stay. This hotel is located just near the West Lake. I could wake up every morning with the birds singing and the air is so fresh, and the garden is the best. I strongly recommend this place. There are not many foreigners.

Booked executive double room garden view , very satisfied with the room . Spacious bedroom and also bathroom . Feeling very classy . The garden is really beautiful , you can enjoy west lake without going out the hotel . We were offered a bed gate as we bring our one year old daughter, very thoughtful of them. The breakfast spread is quite good as we had our dietary restrictions but still can enjoy the breakfast because of the wide varieties. One of the staff can speak english so it was easy for us during check in and check out .

Hotel environment is very nice....Hotel garden view is superb where you can view the west lake pagoda, night view on pagoda is great. Breakfast is very nice and hotel is just on west lake, you just need to walk out of your room to have west lake view.
