設施：酒店本身是民國時期的老宅，歷史悠久，曾經還接待過周總理。雖然建築有年頭了，但是裏面裝修還是很好的，房間內部設施非常新。房間裏有投影大屏，躺在床上看電影很爽～酒店的地理位置也很優越，離西湖很近，步行七八分鐘就可以到湖邊。
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：優雅安靜，院子裏還有兩衹黑天鵝。我特別喜歡餐廳的環境，復古且高級。
服務：服務很貼心，特別是粧造拍攝服務。必須誇一下超帥的攝影師（真的帥）！技術和審美特別好！成片超級滿意～

I came to Hangzhou to see an exhibition and accidentally encountered this treasure hotel. I couldn't help but sigh at the wonderful opportunity. I fell in love with the West Lake Palace almost the moment I stepped into it - elegant and quiet, with changing scenery. The hotel design is extremely romantic, full of fantasy, and also has space for free imagination. I like to look for the elf-like climbing and jumping figures beside the pavilion corridor in the morning, and I am infinitely nostalgic for the swans that swim freely and gently in the pool. During this stay, I was fortunate to meet the friendly front desk reception, thoughtful restaurant waiters, skilled makeup artists, and patient, professional and super handsome photographers. Yearning for the beautiful scenery of Hangzhou with four seasons, when will I visit again...
