由於帶着寶寶，酒店免費為我們 升級了房間。原本預訂的房間衹有 28㎡，但實際入住的是 40㎡，還帶浴缸，讓寶寶有更大的活動空間，這點非常貼心。
位置 & 交通便利性
酒店附近餐飲選擇很多，隔壁就是 奶茶店 和 中國漢堡，步行幾步就能到地鐵站（風起路站）。而且 地鐵站非常適合推寶寶車，配備兩部 無障礙電梯，無需擔心樓梯或手扶梯的問題。
步行 10 分鐘 可達 武林夜市
步行 15-20 分鐘 可達 西湖景區
地鐵站 E 出口 有直達 靈隱寺/飛來峯 的公交，出行相當方便
房間細節
洗澡間和廁所是 分開的，但洗澡間的鏡面略微透光，能看到洗澡的 剪影（害羞）。毛巾衹能掛在洗澡門外的把手上 ，裏面沒有掛鈎，穿脱衣服時 私隱感稍弱，略有不便。
服務 & 體驗
前台員工特別熱心，我無法使用內地手機號下單外賣，員工主動提供自己的號碼，方便我自己下單。
關於高鐵，前台員工也 耐心幫忙查詢 班次和時間，並幫我預訂 杭州 → 上海 的高鐵票，服務細緻入微。

酒店地理位置好 出門左轉就是地鐵口 周圍吃的也多。房間很好 很乾凈 早餐種類多 給免費升級了大床房👍 就是枕頭有點硬和高 不太習慣 但是總體來説很滿意👍

旅遊出行比較看重安全衞生和方便。
這家酒店位置就在地鐵站旁邊，坐地鐵和公交都很近，離西湖步行也不遠。
內部很衞生，房屋音樂很驚喜。
服務也很好，前台小哥們態度很好，提供了升房服務，退房還提供了行李寄存，非常適合行程很趕的朋友。
