This hotel has a great location - making it feel you are in a nature park. I lived the rooms with the wide opening windows. Makes you feel like you are sleeping with in nature. Seriously a great place if you visit Hangzhou.

Situated in a very quiet enclave. Room is spacious enough. There are numerous books for reading as well.

Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

超預期！來之前看評價對衞生問題有點擔心，因為是訂來給朋友過生日所以提前打電話跟前台特別交代衞生和房間安排問題。沒想到去了意外的滿意，不僅特別幫我們準備了紅酒，客房服務不管多晚也都是有求必應，前台小姐姐服務到位的。交通和停車都比較便利，酒店位置在西溪濕地東南角入口不深的地方，邊上是喜來登和悦榕莊。房間整體是簡約木質風，和西溪濕地的樹木交相呼應，能量場很強。離開的時候還給我們準備了小伴手禮。結合位置和價格，算是比較滿意的一次住宿體驗，朋友還反覆驚歎已經收藏下次還來。

前台服務員Z很熱情，酒店靠近西溪濕地，去景區很方便，園區還有一個博物館，可以去參觀。 第二次入住了，沒怎麼開窗，也沒被蚊子咬👍 早餐不好吃，這次我自己訂外賣了。 要是他家早餐改善改善就更好了。

【5星好評】帶家裡長者和小孩第一次來杭州玩，這家酒店給了我們超貼心的體驗！特別要感謝管家小黃，主動幫我們安排了兩間相鄰的安靜房間，既方便照顧長者孩子，又互不幹擾。房間比想象中寬敞，床品舒適睡眠質量很好，長者一覺到天亮特別滿意。 酒店位置真心方便，步行10分鐘就能到西溪免費遊覽區，帶小朋友去濕地博物館認識自然生態也很近。周邊餐飲選擇多，晚上買水果點心都便利。 唯一美中不足的是房間牆面有些細微裂縫，不過整體衞生保持得不錯。考慮到性價比和服務質量，這些小瑕疵完全在可接受範圍內。下次來杭州還會優先選擇這裏，特別適合家庭出遊！

第二次過來啦~ 設施：設計的寬敞大氣，中庭全部空下，三層一共不到七十間房，空間感強，低密度，用餐和休閑區不太撞到人，度假主打一個人少安靜舒適 衞生：不錯 住着挺舒適的，品質也不錯，消耗品上能看出用心，洗髮水 沐浴露 身體乳 連牙膏選的味道都很喜歡，吹風機也好用 環境：可以觀影和讀書，呆在酒店不會無聊，屋內有音箱迷你吧，床正對着大落地窗和露台，滿眼鬱鬱葱葱，陽光灑進來，很愜意 服務： 小張和小黃服務很好，期間有個男孩子服務也很貼心； 酒店有送旅拍，攝影師傅技術好 也有耐心； 還有，免費騎行1小時，剛好兜一圈

首先環境非常美，入住就升級了帶陽台的大房，孩子很喜歡，太陽下山後坐在窗邊欣賞美景。整體設計和房間的佈置都很用心，令人眼前一亮。杭州高温的天氣裏，哪也不去，在這樣漂亮的酒店裡就是最舒服的享受。謝謝前台給與升級及延時退房的便利，服務親切周到，下次再來杭州首選。

特別喜歡酒店的設計，“書香酒店”名副其實，每一本書都是精心挑選的，古今中外都有涵蓋，牆上的詩歌也匠心製作。酒店的硬件和服務都在線，在細節上下足了功夫。酒店提供的旅拍和自費的Spa也都有愉快的體驗。離西溪濕地公園很近，散步和慢跑皆宜，空氣清新。前台服務員Z和H帥哥美女都很熱情。入住體驗很好，會再次光顧並推薦給親朋好友。
