Shangri-La Hangzhou telah memberi saya layanan yang luar biasa. Ketika saya meminta operator untuk membawa termometer guna memeriksa apakah saya demam, mereka segera mengirimkannya kepada saya. Saya mengukur suhu tubuh dan staf pun mengamatinya. Begitu dia turun ke bawah, dia memberikan kotak obat itu kepada Front Desk Mgr.. Tak lama kemudian, saya menerima telepon dari manajer. Dia bertanya apakah saya butuh buah untuk meningkatkan VC, dan 4 air. Selain itu, dia mengatakan bahwa semua obat dari Concierge dapat dikirim ke kamar saya. Saya sangat tersentuh. Terima kasih kepada Tim FO, dan saya bersyukur bisa menginap bersama Anda lagi.

Classic, very nostalgic. we had very warm stay there. Old school still ageless and priceless. Location is unbearable, walk out… there u go, the beautiful lake, 西湖. Above all, the breakfast buffet was simply wonderful. We were craving for western breakfast after so many local dishes. We enjoyed it so much, had it in al fresco way, with breezy chilly open air. Soft sun shining down on us and the foods. Still vivid the memory even after so long coming home. The only suggestion is to improve the afternoon tea. Must get to the same par with the breakfast.

A hotel with history. It is a little old but still a great stay. The staff are friendly and the food is very tasty.

Property is seemingly turning a bit older. Especially carpets were very dirty and rooms lacked the typical ‘Shangri La’ vibe. Excellent location and great breakfast spread though.

The counter staff speak very good english. Were able help me adequately. Staff were responsive to our needs. Truly held up to the Shangri La brand. There was a bird with a sharp voice which may be rather irritating.

The hotel is in an amazing location, just next to the West Lake. The breakfast was good enough for foreign guests as well. They were so kind that they gave a birthday cake for my wife because coincidentally my wife's birthday was in the same day we arrived to the Hotel.

Excellent concierge who directed us to dinner restaurants and purchase night performance tickets. Excellent breakfast. Nothing much else available which wasn’t what I anticipated from the website description.

The hotel is located at the very beautiful part of the West Lake, making it easier to walk round the lake. However, the amenities are quite dated and the service is certainly far from the expected standard. The breakfast was pretty average. I certainly will opt for more modern hotel to stay in Hangzhou in the future.
