Nice clean room and good soft bed. Very good breakfast. And of course it’s very close to the airport.

The hotel is nice, clean and convenient . It is close to High Speed Rail and 40min drive from Airport.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean with friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and assisted with language related issues when I needed it. Would stay again.

Overall, service and room is good. But the ac is not cold enough. We had a corner room, with plenty of sunlight, hence it gets a little warm.

Hotel was without slippers and toothbrush , I think all guests needs them,other things was prefect.

They took a 1,000rmb security deposit when I arrived. After I checked out they refunded my stay. I stayed the night and paid for the room. According to their system, I was never a guest. They stole the security deposit. They refunded the stay that was roughly 400rmb but kept the 1,000rmb deposit. Despicable business practices too commonly used to prey on foreign guest.

酒店位置便利，周邊吃飯逛街都很方便，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一覺睡到天亮。工作人員服務熱情周到，從班裡入住到離店全程貼心，早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，味道也不錯，泳池非常乾淨，整體環境安靜舒適，無論是出差還是旅遊都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏

酒店安排的房間真的是太舒服了，床品質量也太好了吧，我睡了一晚上都沒醒，還提供給我一個多功能枕頭，睡的更好了。酒店邊上有個公園環境特別好，吃完晚飯出去轉了一圈，微風吹拂好不愜意。整體對服務、設施、軟件硬件都滿意，下次一定要帶自己家人過來住，去周邊轉轉散散心，去杭州市區也方便，地鐵也就35分鐘，太方便了👏

房間安排的非常滿意，客户體驗感巨好。酒店還主動打了電話諮詢入住情況，安排的房間都是客户需要的。本來沒有預訂早飯，然後客户看到了早餐非常豐盛，有很多當地的特色早飯於是決定嘗試早飯，真讓人驚喜，品種很多，很好吃😍服務人員態度都很有禮貌，很友好。跟是朋友一樣的相處 真心實意的為顧客着想，後面有客户來都要安排在這裏，滿意👍周邊環境非常美，符合城市審美標準。百年古鎮也很不錯，特色小吃特色糕點太棒了。總而言之客户非常滿意。
