If you can choose take a room on the fifth for. So you would not feel any vibration from metro.
The hotel is newly renovated! We got two nice tiny presents after check out and very deeply touched!

I booked the hotel because it is near to the East station. Service is okay. Room size reasonable for the price. Can consider to stay again if come to Hangzhou.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the subway, the rooms are clean and sanitary, the price is affordable, and the cost performance is very high. It is worth recommending. There is a canal next to it, which is very comfortable for a walk.

Overall it was good, but the room I stayed in was far from the elevator, and the corridor was so long and winding. I almost got lost when I went downstairs to get takeout at night...

This is my second time staying at this Hanting Hotel. The experience is worse than the first time. I don't know if it's because of the room type. The room I was assigned the first time felt very small and had only one pillow. Then I contacted the front desk to change the room. The efficiency was quite high. They changed us a room that turned out to be exactly the same as the previous one. There was a recessed corner, and the new room didn't have a chair for changing shoes. The first room had a chair but I was too lazy to change it. On the last day, I was leaving the hotel. I bought a 49 package with two breakfasts and a late check-out at 2 o'clock. The front desk called and said that I had to check out at 12 o'clock. I kept saying that I bought a 50-yuan package and checked out at 2 o'clock, but I couldn't hear clearly. Anyway, it took quite a long time and the front desk hung up on me. I was speechless. I called again to confirm that I would check out at 2 o'clock. Anyway, it felt worse than the first time.

The service attitude is very good. When we encounter problems, they solve them immediately, which helps us a lot. The hotel is close to the subway entrance, and the transportation to West Lake, the high-speed rail station, and the airport is very convenient.
