設施：還可以，早餐比較差（麪都沒煮軟，很多都是預製品），房間裏有小孩子喜歡的樂高牆，但是這個樂高不擦拭的嗎？拿起來黏糊糊的
衞生：一般般，浴室都是黴菌斑，這個都不需要處理嗎？看着有點噁心
環境：還可以
服務：很差，送個東西20分鐘還沒送到，送的水果是發黴的，添加的微信説走的時候補一份伴手禮，最後也沒有，不過這個也無所謂，但是送發黴的水果也太掉價了吧

這次入住杭州錢江灣開元名都酒店的體驗遠超預期，必須給個全五星好評！
酒店坐擁一線錢塘江景，視野開闊，在房間就能欣賞到壯麗的江景和燈光秀。最讓我驚喜的是，酒店附近就有一家“開元廣場"，真的是太方便了！ 無論是想購物、買點日常用品，還是找地方吃飯，下樓走幾步就到。
房間寬敞明亮，裝修豪華現代，床品舒適度高，睡得很踏實。衞生間乾濕分離，細節做得很到位。
酒店的早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，還有本地特色小吃。餐廳環境優雅，服務人員態度熱情。
從入住到離店，每一位工作人員都彬彬有禮、主動熱情。前台辦理效率高，禮賓服務也很到位。

環境：環境好，可以看到江面夜景

很滿意的一次出行，酒店環境舒適，工作人員態度都特別好。我們想要先看看房型再決定訂哪個房間，前台的一個小哥哥非常熱情的帶我們看了房間，儘管看的都不太符合預期，他還是很熱情的給我們介紹，我們入住後遇到一些小問題也是第一時間幫我們解決，是真的把顧客放在第一位。酒店的早飯也很好吃，連續吃了三天菜品還是挺多的。床品都是記憶海綿，很好睡！下次再來杭州還是會選擇這家酒店。

酒店位置好找，停車方便，周圍有生活廣場，購物娛樂很方便，房間大而明亮，也很乾凈，電動窗簾，多功能插頭很多，非常智能，床品不錯，還有寶寶玩的地方，寶寶也很喜歡，早餐種類很多，酒店接待人員也非常熱情，有問必答，樓層打掃衞生的阿姨也非常敬業，下次還會去入住!

先説優點吧：酒店前台辦入住時很方便，也很快，酒店也很好客，在我要求下多送我了一份早餐和升級江景房，江景真的很美，謝謝。酒店附近不遠處就有地鐵6號線站，出行很方便，隔壁還有開元廣場，吃住行可以一一滿足。
再説缺點：17層的服務員是位歲數比較大的阿姨，因為我有點輕微潔癖，因此更換床品勤了些，阿姨便開始甩臉子，甚至換了贓污的床單給我，然後還拿走了更換床品的卡片和便條……我認為這個行為是很過分的，畢竟這是她的工作！然後前台客服姑娘安慰我的同時第二天送來了一份和自助早餐菜品一模一樣的果盤😓……哎！總之，這些體驗感不太好。再有，酒店床墊特別軟，這幾天都是睡到半夜腰痠背痛，幾乎沒睡好覺。地毯和桌面也很臟，跟阿姨強調了幾次擦一下、吸一下，可是日日都並沒有……住了五天，體驗一般吧。而且沒有泳池真的感覺缺少不少樂趣。

堪稱完美的酒店，地鐵站就在隔壁，樓下就是開元廣場，餐飲購物極其方便，房間設施也很不錯，木門很厚隔音效果好，睡眠環境相當安靜。服務的話更是一流，我不當心打破一個杯子酒店也沒用讓我賠。要不是工作計劃有變還想多住幾日，下次應該還會來住因為要去辦事的地方離酒店很近，晚上散步可以看江景。下次還來住！

這家酒店離地鐵挺近的，旁邊就是開元廣場，相當便利。尤其從地鐵出來走開元廣場再到酒店，一路的室內環境，對大夏天的旅遊太友好了。
酒店環境很好，房間很大很乾凈，服務員態度也超級好，得知入住當天是我的生日，還送了生日蛋糕，特別貼心。
這家酒店的早餐特別豐富，品類很多，也很好吃。
而且這家酒店雖然離西湖有點遠，但是離博物館特別近，對於夏天準備室內遊覽的遊客是個不錯的選擇，推薦大家入住喲～
