酒店位置很偏，不是自駕估計不太方便，周邊是茶園。酒店挺新的，新中式風格，院子很漂亮，拍照應該很好看，可能更適合網紅打卡拍照，但8月杭州太熱了，一秒鐘室外都出汗，所以我們沒有出去。房間很大，床巨大，兩大一小非常寬鬆，乾濕分區，馬桶單獨房間很私密。游泳池是酒店主打，但維護的不好，到處都是潮濕黴斑掉皮，外來游泳的家庭孩子很多，特別吵鬧，本來就不大的泳池，衹有一條泳道留給酒店住客，有工作人員一直維護秩序，但沒什麼作用，我們沒下水就離開了。服務不錯，客房服務，早餐廳，前台幾個服務人員都很熱情。早餐非常一般，勝在便宜。個人覺得不夠五星水準，易耗品很差，小小瓶洗髮護髮素，迷你吧枱有熱水壺和小茶壺小茶杯，旁邊放了兩包龍井茶，旁邊立了一個價格表，顯示可樂8元，雪碧8元，龍井茶25元，洗衣袋幾元，吹風機多少元，反正一排價格表。沒有贈送的任何三合一咖啡伴侶糖和茶包。我住兩晚，直到我退房的時候問前台，怎麼沒有免費的咖啡或者茶包，前台小姐姐説桌子上擺的兩包茶可以喝，再要就收費了。那我覺得25元也真挺貴的。

已經是第二次入住，每年都是四月。酒店環境很好，房間大且乾淨。交通便利，下了高速5分鐘到酒店，離龍塢茶村開車7分鐘，西湖景區開車25分鐘。

景區泛圍內性價比比較高的酒店，中式園林的風格，預訂的園景雙床房被升級了雙卧套房，但是沒有景觀了，且房間窗户西向，前幾天沒注意觀察，退房前仔細看了一下，窗户外的山上是個墓地，以房型升級為理由給這種房型不需要提前打招呼的嗎😥沖淋房的排水槽裏好多牙膏蓋，雖然不礙事，但是至少説明清潔不仔細😓
