Beautiful location opposition Hangzhou zoo, worth to stay enjoying the quote Hangzhou surrounding , walking distance to lake , staff at reception is extremely helpful and will go extra mile to ensure pleasant stay enjoyed a week there

Nice stay, very friendly staff. Location is good too, easy to get around and great to ride towards the lake from this area using rental bikes available everywhere. The only downside is that our room was relatively noisy, we could hear sounds from the other rooms around. When booking, I suggest reaching out and asking for a room on the side of the hotel, which should be a bit better sound-wise.

This hotel is situated in a great location, it's in the city but at the same time in the mountains and in the forest. It's very peaceful there. And interior design is very authentic and minimalistic. The room was clean and comfortable. There are some cafes and shops nearby. Also there are some attractions near the hotel.

Very nice staff, nice hotel, in the middle of the mountains. Just near the Lake and near the tea fields, very beautiful.

Great service! This hostel is for warm days, don’t dare go during the cold season. The first room I got was way too cold, but they offered another along with a space heater. It’s a nice place and the staff is really nice but a suggestion is to clean up the surroundings area outside, too much garbage. I know this place is just during the warmer seasons, lovely views.

Service from staff is good, they added me on WeChat to help me find the place. I ended up not staying here but I would recommend them based on their service

設施：廁所門比較老久，關不上 衞生：整體比較乾淨 環境：酒店就在景區附近，環境很好 服務：店主很熱心善良 。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

非常舒適愉快的入住體驗！ 老闆和店裡的小哥哥都非常熱心幫忙， 地理位置也非常棒，出門就是動物園公交站，坐車很方便，騎行環湖也是很不錯的體驗！ 希望老闆生意常紅，下次還會繼續入住！

環境： 是在一樓的小複式，位置在內排，不靠馬路，比較安靜； 衞生間是小屏風隔斷，洗手枱沒有鏡子有點不方便，淋浴間的高度估計在190-200cm，對高個小夥伴有不太友好； 可能是一樓和最近天冷下雨的緣故，感覺房間的潮氣比較重。 設施： 複式空間加上杭州夜間都到了零下，兩台空調一起運轉也不是很給力 服務： 管家的服務很貼心，人也很不錯，非常值得好評，而且天冷他們還會提前打開空調，入住就是暖暖的房間，非常貼心 衞生： ´•ﻌ•` 對學生黨、小情侶、自己來發呆的小夥伴來説是不錯的選擇

房間很好，服務也很棒，詢問我們幾點到，還提前幫我們開了空調。早上起來一開門就是美好。杭州人温柔，整座城市也美麗動人。一次非常愉快的旅行

現在淡季，人不多；房間整體性價比高，還比較滿意；服務比較貼心，給五星好評。衹是時間比較趕晚上到達的比較晚沒能欣賞到這邊的夜景有點遺憾，下次再來。
