Hotel Hot spring Hangzhou

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

I came here with my family. The air on the mountain is very good. The resort is very large. It is a bit tiring to walk by yourself, but there are shuttle buses passing by all the time, which is very convenient. The buffet is also rich and there are many things to eat. I recommend it to my colleagues.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and taken care of. The staff is super professional, helpful and attentive. We came for one night stay at the winter, my husband enjoyed the hot springs. The outdoor pool looks amazing, and I’m sure that in the summer time it’s perfect although it’s not warm so we couldn’t enjoy it at the winter time. The breakfast is rich and you can choose between western or Chinese dishes. Only one disadvantage is that the hotel is in the middle of no where, no shops or convenience stores around. Only 1 restaurant delivers food so take it into consideration. The rest is perfect

This time I stayed in a balcony room on the top floor of the hotel. It was raining on the day I checked in. The mountains were shrouded in rain and fog, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. When I first entered the room, I could feel a little stuffy, perhaps because of the floor heating, but it didn't affect me much. The overall environment is good and the accommodation experience is great. Recommended!

I love this hotel so much! The environment here is beautiful and the air is fresh, which makes me feel physically and mentally comfortable. Moreover, the hotel also provided the opportunity to take photos wearing Hanfu and cheongsam, which made me feel the strong cultural atmosphere. In addition, the hotel’s homemade green plum wine and green plum sauce are so delicious! Every bite is full of the sweetness of fresh fruits, which makes me have endless aftertaste. The breakfast and a la carte dishes are also very delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family so they can experience the beauty and uniqueness of this place. The hotel is in a very quiet location in Tianzhu Scenic Area, at the entrance of Zhongtianzhu. It is very quiet at night. Before arrival, tell the customer service guy in advance that he will come to the drop-off point outside to pick you up, which is very considerate. The toiletries bag is very generous, and there are even cpb facial cleansers and creams. The toothpaste is from MARVIS, but the toothbrush is a bit piercing. The wash and care are all Aesop, which is very comfortable to use. Welcome fruit dessert: I put pear and white fungus soup in the stewing cup, which is very delicious. Tiramisu is also delicious, and I also gave the soothing tea in the thermos cup. The fruit plate is very thoughtful, with rich varieties and good quality. It is not perfunctory at all. It is more attentive than most five-star hotels, not apples, bananas, oranges and other conventional goods. Night wine: This is a surprise. The quality of the wine is good. You can mix what you want to drink yourself. It’s really great to mix a cup for yourself on New Year’s Eve. The drinks in the minibar are not perfunctory, and there are many delicious ones. Hardware: comparable to five-star hotels and even surpassing many five-star hotels, with washlet, capsule coffee machine, smeg kettle, B&O speakers, and a makeup mirror. The most thoughtful thing is that the hotel drove me out of the scenic area after I checked out during the holidays, and I was able to get a taxi when I arrived. I am really grateful.

Great place to relax and enjoy hot springs and pools. The resort villas are decent size and clean. There is a selection of pools and hot springs to choose from. It is a large hilly resort so moving about requires using melex shuttle cars. It’s a shame it’s difficult to communicate with the local drivers… on multiple occasions we were not picked up or dropped off at the right stations. There is however an amazing group of interns from Indonesia who deliver excellent quality western standard service. It would be a great idea to place those interns across the resort to improve customer service experience and set a better example and customer focus to the local staff members who unfortunately sometimes lack customer service skills. Currently the international interns are mostly in the restaurants and spa, but they are most needed at the reception, hot springs, pool areas, shuttle service stations.

Suddenly I want to find a place to relax myself, do nothing, think about nothing, just lie down quietly, not reply to messages, not work, find a comfortable place to sleep until I wake up naturally... I lay there for two days, and then Work hard! then! On the recommendation of a friend, I found a Hangzhou Vallie Hotel located on the south side of West Lake in Hangzhou, 20 minutes away from the city center, and next to the Liuhe Pagoda Park next to the Qianjiang First Bridge ~ This hotel is the one I clicked on the picture from I fell in love immediately... He almost fulfilled all my imagination! It is worth noting that the hotel is located in a tea field next to the trail. There are four courtyards in total, each of which is surrounded by towering old trees. When you look up, you can see the trees and when you look down, you can see the flowers. The white walls and black tiles are really suitable for people like me who want to place themselves. For those of you who want to be empty, you are completely silent in the clear water and green mountains ~ By the way, the temperature in Hangzhou happened to be cooling down and it started to rain a little on the day I booked. The housekeeper was very considerate, from picking me up to check in, to getting me a free upgrade to a courtyard with a private pool because the regular room I booked had not been disinfected. Room ~ I really never thought about soaking in a hot spring alone, using the speakers in the hotel room to play my favorite melody🎶Looking at the drizzle and smoke in the mountains, I picked up the free red wine from the minibar, that moment... I seem to have let go of all the fatigue and stress of life, and just want time to freeze there... (Everything you can see in the minibar is provided for free) As for the daily necessities in the hotel, I took a look at them, including a full set of Bvlgari supplies, a Dyson hair dryer, and a big-name stereo. Because I’m not digitally savvy, so… I can only say it’s big-name, haha, there are many more… …I won’t say it anymore, because I only saw the facilities provided by top luxury hotels, and I can’t name many brands. correct! Be sure to go to the hotel's supporting restaurant, which is also in the valley. It's called ”Nineteen by the Creek”. I searched it and it was probably French cuisine. I don't like seafood, so I just ordered a drink and sat there in a daze~ But Because of my Internet work, I haven’t seen the daylight for a long time, so it’s a great experience~ And there’s more! I didn't want to take pictures at first, but after I came here, my mood completely changed, so I grabbed the housekeeper and took pictures for me! The housekeeper is really considerate and cooperative! And it’s beautifully shot! Thumbs up for the service (I was in a hurry to leave and forgot to ask the housekeeper’s name, otherwise I would have praised it to death)

Very good folk customs, the store environment is very good, although it is a little smaller than a five-star hotel, but the facilities are quite complete. Very nice village, the roads and fields are clean and tidy, and the air is very fresh. And the folk custom boss and staff service are in place. A good experience. The kids are having fun!

The destination is Wind Valley. We found the most satisfactory homestay around. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening. The housekeeper greeted us warmly at the door, guided us to the parking space, made tea, and enthusiastically introduced the fun places around. The hotel is located at the foot of a large mountain. There are lawns and canopies at the foot of the mountain. The lighting a**osphere is particularly good at night. The gurgling stream is very healing in the deep nature. The frog calls can be heard clearly at night. The room layout is very special. The children like it very much. The starry sky room is booked. When you look up, there is an automatic skylight. It is so romantic. A bowl of handmade noodles full of vitality in the morning starts a beautiful new day. The aunt and the service staff are very good. I will come again next time!
