The room was large, the bedding was comfortable, the hotel location was also good, the breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the food was very good. Five-star praise

I wanted to choose a Dujie Family Hotel not far from Shijiazhuang. After looking around, I chose Dongtaihang Dawn Hotel, which is more than two hours’ drive from Shijiazhuang. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel. The environment of the hotel built in the scenic spot is really good. We came here during the National Day. There were very few people in the hotel and we were relatively quiet. There were only two of us in the children's pool. It is worth mentioning that The temperature of the children's heated swimming pool is very high, more than 30 degrees, and my old mother really likes it! In addition, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the entrance of the East Taihang Scenic Area, and more than ten minutes' drive from the Jingniang Lake Scenic Area. The scenic area has been developed for many years and is very mature. In addition to staying in the hotel, it is well worth a visit with the children. Service: Compared with the well-trained service staff of five-star hotels, this hotel has more local enthusiasm. Before check-in, a housekeeper Xie Yingying was added. She prepared the room in advance very thoughtfully and put the items according to our requirements. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and the transportation is convenient. Manager Cui service is very good during the stay. The whole process is followed up, very enthusiastic, and the problem is solved in time. The facilities in the room are complete and clean. We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the quality is good. The doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage and his attitude is very good. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average. There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.

The room is clean, hygienic and environmentally friendly, especially the down pillows, which are both soft and hard and very comfortable😊. Although this hotel is not a standard five-star hotel, its services and supporting facilities are comparable to those of five-star hotels👍👍👍. The most novel thing is that at the beginning of the year, none of the 500-yuan hotels I stayed in in Changsha had robot delivery services, but there is indeed one here. The child was very excited after seeing it. After entering the room, I bought him a bucket of instant noodles, which was delivered in less than 5 minutes. The child was very happy to see this cute robot. He followed the robot back to the lobby before returning to the room. 😄. He even asked me about this and that. This time he was very interested in this new thing when he was out. He even told me that when I grow up, I also want to build a robot and let it cook. , sweep the floor and do housework, so that mom won’t have to work so hard! After saying that, I was very touched😭😭😭

Overall it's not very satisfactory, the location is good. The hotel facilities are too old, the closet doors can't be closed, the bed makes noises when turning over in sleep, and the sound insulation is not good, which affects rest.

The hotel facilities are good. Breakfast is fine. And we had a nice dinner! Overall, very good value for money.

The staff are nice and very approachable They are wonderful and helpful. Check - in and check out were hassle free. In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good. The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited. In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.

Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all,this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

My boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.
