I booked a one-bedroom and one-bedroom room type of Platinum Mountain Hotel on Trip.com and it felt very good. The room was clean, with a 2-meter-wide bed, 2 sinks, bathtub and shower, and a toilet with automatic flipping. The design and supplies of the room are attentive, and there are some. Breakfast is also good, there are cold dishes, hot dishes, fruits and freshly cooked noodles and wontons, it is very comfortable to eat. The service staff are very professional, answer all questions, and have a kind attitude.

The room is relatively small, maybe because it is budget-friendly. The location is in the city center, but there is a food stall downstairs, and it is very lively at 11 o'clock in the evening. An obvious shortcoming of the room is that the sound insulation effect is poor, and the restaurant next door is very sleepy. The sound of the faucet wakes me up instantly, and you can hear someone crying downstairs at night. If you are not particular about it, you can consider it. After all, the price is relatively cheap.

The house is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful.
I'll share a little thing. I was so tired on the first day of my stay that I slept from the afternoon to the evening. When I woke up, I found that the network was not good. I went to the front desk. The security guy helped me to run each floor to test which room had network and actively helped to change the room. As a result, because I had rested, I was promised to change the room the next day. The next morning, the foreman came to the room to ask and help debug the network. He was very attentive.

An old three-star hotel with a strong state-owned style. The rooms are clean and tidy, the furniture is old, and the hotel restaurant is pretty good! The breakfast is very good, there is a small supermarket opposite, and the price at the nearby Handang Steel Station is much cheaper than two barrels of oil!

Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all,this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

GGuest UserHygiene: OK, but for such a new hotel, I saw that the floor of the bath area was rusty. I don't know why it was not cleaned.
Facilities: Smart failure. The row of lights at the head of the bed and the row of lights above the TV could not be turned off. I could only sleep with the lights on for one night. The hotel staff said that if it really didn't work, I could unplug the power card to sleep. I called the front desk at more than 11 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock when they came to check me. They brought an engineer. In fact, they used the smart voice control method that was given to me on the phone. He also came again and couldn't solve it at all. It was a little faster and asked me to change the room alone. At that time, all the new vitality was turned on and the washbasin was full of my own supplies. I made an appointment with friends and family to go out and play early the next morning. There was no time to change.
The air conditioning control panel was also broken. There was always a sound of electricity.
Although they changed my room the next day and gave me a fruit plate, and thanked them for handling it, but this trip became very bad.
The experience was reduced because I was looking forward to the hotel. After all, it is a new smart hotel. The restaurant service is very good. Thank you for this.

It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. There are taxis on the roadside, and there is no need to make an appointment in advance. There are performances every day on festivals and in the neighborhood. It's great! The room service is no worse than that of a five-star hotel in a big city. It is clean and tidy. The degree of secondary cleaning of the room shows the hotel's care. Knowing that we brought children with us, we were given enough drinking water every day, and there were seasonal fruits every day. When we left the hotel, the front desk lady also gave the children a small gift when we left the hotel. These are all plus points. Handan is a city worth playing in. I will come again. I wish the hotel a prosperous business!

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

There is a garden behind the hotel, the scenery is very good, the wall is recommended, and the photo is very good! The downside is that the carpet is dirty, the curtains are not tight, the house is bright early in the morning, and I sleep very uncomfortable. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good.
The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited.
In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the city center, there is a large commercial complex next to the city, 5 minutes walk, eating, drinking and having fun. The bed was very comfortable to sleep, and when I left, I bought the same pillow from their mall. There was some problem with the room network, and the staff added the router. Our order was double early. The front desk staff found that we were taking the children and took the initiative to send a breakfast.
