LLzeze首先房間衞生好床單被套都乾淨，床也好睡；地段方便，同時樓層高，沒有雜音；房間面積住起來很舒適，平時吃外賣可以坐在陽台小桌子，而且床尾凳就很方便穿着外出的衣服直接坐，不用坐床；我帶了防偷拍掃描儀，掃了一圈沒有問題；而且早餐種類還行，反正夠我挑選。有洗衣房，走之前把自己帶的隔臟床套和衣服洗了烘乾；前台服務很好，我續房都晚了半天才下去交錢；送外賣是機器人哦！很方便的，不用擔心誰都能上樓，一樓電梯門口就有保安；樓下一圈都是小餐館，晚上還要擺攤的美食街
不足：
1.華為手機在電視上投屏不了，（晚上十點尋求幫助的時候，那個工人下班了，後面我也懶得再找了）
2.廁所馬桶結果有點怪，拉屎會濺起水花到屁股上，（鋪點紙會好點）
3.陽台的窗簾很大，需要手動自己拉，那裡有沙發擋着，會有點不方便
總結：非常適合住哦，小有瑕疵不礙事

GGuest UserHygiene: OK, but for such a new hotel, I saw that the floor of the bath area was rusty. I don't know why it was not cleaned.
Facilities: Smart failure. The row of lights at the head of the bed and the row of lights above the TV could not be turned off. I could only sleep with the lights on for one night. The hotel staff said that if it really didn't work, I could unplug the power card to sleep. I called the front desk at more than 11 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock when they came to check me. They brought an engineer. In fact, they used the smart voice control method that was given to me on the phone. He also came again and couldn't solve it at all. It was a little faster and asked me to change the room alone. At that time, all the new vitality was turned on and the washbasin was full of my own supplies. I made an appointment with friends and family to go out and play early the next morning. There was no time to change.
The air conditioning control panel was also broken. There was always a sound of electricity.
Although they changed my room the next day and gave me a fruit plate, and thanked them for handling it, but this trip became very bad.
The experience was reduced because I was looking forward to the hotel. After all, it is a new smart hotel. The restaurant service is very good. Thank you for this.

The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!

GGuest UserThe room was great, clean and tidy, all intelligent, the kids loved chatting with Xiaodu. The service staff was very good, parking was free. The most important thing was that the breakfast was very rich, both kids and adults loved it. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserThe location and the scenery outside the window have nothing to say, the night view is absolutely perfect. It is convenient to go anywhere, and the same door as the mall. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. There are taxis on the roadside, and there is no need to make an appointment in advance. The room was very warm, the bed and pillows were my favorite, too comfortable, breakfast until 10:30, it was too friendly to take the children up late, home-cooked meals, and the taste was good. The overall staff service is particularly warm and can also deliver meals. The child is particularly satisfied.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location of the hotel is really excellent. It is right below the Melco City. It is very convenient to eat and play with children. There are performances every day on festivals and in the neighborhood. It's great! The room service is no worse than that of a five-star hotel in a big city. It is clean and tidy. The degree of secondary cleaning of the room shows the hotel's care. Knowing that we brought children with us, we were given enough drinking water every day, and there were seasonal fruits every day. When we left the hotel, the front desk lady also gave the children a small gift when we left the hotel. These are all plus points. Handan is a city worth playing in. I will come again. I wish the hotel a prosperous business!

GGuest UserThe suite is very large, the top floor is very high, and the children are very convenient to run. The balcony is transparent and you can make tea around the stove to see the scenery. There is a garden behind the hotel, the scenery is very good, the wall is recommended, and the photo is very good! The downside is that the carpet is dirty, the curtains are not tight, the house is bright early in the morning, and I sleep very uncomfortable. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good.
The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited.
In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the city center, there is a large commercial complex next to the city, 5 minutes walk, eating, drinking and having fun. The bed was very comfortable to sleep, and when I left, I bought the same pillow from their mall. There was some problem with the room network, and the staff added the router. Our order was double early. The front desk staff found that we were taking the children and took the initiative to send a breakfast.
