It was a wonderful inn with great hospitality right from the moment we were picked up. Although it was a large building, our room was located in a single elevator away from the hot springs, dining area, and lobby, making it very convenient to move around the building.

The staff could hear my chop stick dropping on the floor and bring another one to me. Also, they helped me to clean the snow on my car before leaving!
