We moved to this hotel during our trip after originally booking in to Hammamet Garden. We stayed here for 6 nights. From the moment we arrived to ask if they had any rooms available for myself and my two sons we were made welcome, seated and given a glass of the most delicious fresh lemon juice while our room was being arranged. Once booked in we were shown to our room which was modern fresh and clean. The staff at this hotel have all been incredible from reception to waiting staff to the incredible entertainment team. Alina on the entertainment team has been amazing, ensuring that we know about the entertainment programme and including myself and the boys in activities, trips and evening entertainment ranging from archery, darts, zumba, Aqua fit to the spiderman train, white party, bingo and men vs women competition. The hotel is amazing. The pools are great. One is heated which is fantastic for the cooler months. The main pool is large and there are plenty of loungers available and mattresses to add further comfort. The all inclusive offerings are great. A great cocktail menu is available, local spirits, soft drinks. The food is of a great standard and offer a varied menu each day. I also booked a package at the spa which included time in the hammam with a body scrub and mud treatment followed y a full body massage. It was incredible and I would highly recommend it. The price was a very reasonablen £50 for a 2 hour experience. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Sentido Phenicia Hotel.

Service has been amazing, everyone wants to help you even with the little things! Food is a pretty damn good selection considering they are still in low season. Animation team are always ready to help with the little ones and have many of activities for you to do throughout your stay. We had our room upgraded on our third night due to an uncomfortable and slightly broken bed we went from a car park view to sea front view with a bigger room and balcony! The heated pool has been a bonus right in the middle of the hotel for hours of fun with our little ones! Every evening there has been entertainment of some sorts. Only real issue was no air conditioning in our first room and a pair of lady’s pants left on a Sun lounger for the last 3 days! Otherwise; great entertainment, beautiful pool, 3 mins to the beach and beach bar, heated pool, big main pool with water pool.

We loved this hotel, right on a beautiful sandy beach. We had a swim up room - stunning straight out onto a terrace with sun lounge to and patio furniture. A fridge stocked daily with soft drinks, beer and water. The food was good, staff lovely, we will definitely go back

This is my third time visiting Tunisia, and at this hotel, as always ive not been disappointed! The hotel staff are all very friendly and happy to see you, and nothing is too much trouble. Watching the evening entertainment is a great way to relax, with a beer, rum or wine and variety of things from dance around the world, to singing, the entertainment team are all great that we came across, but a special mention to Alina who always takes the time to interact with you, and a very nice young lady. We will be back, and hope to see them all again.

Excellent hotel always treat you like family if you want somewhere to relax or entertainment this is the perfect place been here 3 times and will be back for a forth the food is excellent and the service is second to none the room as always was exceptional and was cleaned daily I cannot recommend enough

Other than the rooms being on the tired side, I couldn’t fault my stay. The entertainment team are amazing and the staff are all very friendly. Would recommend upgrading to All Inclusive - definitely worth the extra money, and you can do it when you arrive.

It was a lovely week, the hotel is very clean, the food is delicious and with the entertainment team you’re never bored. I loved Sanne and we had a very good time together! 🫶🏻All of the other people from the entertainment team also made sure we were never bored and they were very kind! All of the people that work here are truly happy and good persons and they will guarantee that you have a smile on your face. I would really recommend this hotel and we will come back another time for sure!☺️

Very good hotel. Clean, food was always very good and lots of choice, very friendly people, especially the entertainment crew. Sanne who was always so kind to us and who talks Dutch, Aziz, Ziggy and Amin made sure we never got bored 😀. We will come back!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Really feel at home, and like i am a part of their family. The entertainment team are all so friendly and helpful, never fail to smile and make sure everything is okay as well as providing amazing shows in the evenings. All the bar staff are extremely friendly, and always make sure drinks are topped up. Plenty of activities and excursions, rooms always tidy and clean, extremely comfortable beds.
