Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

Quiet resort . Staff at reception are excellent and very helpful. Food is ok can get a bit repetitive but if you are looking for a quiet break this is the place.

no room service after 11 pm no fresh water in the rooms when they clean your room and when you ask for something you are felt like they are doing you a favour not doing their job

We had an excellent 10 day holiday at this hotel. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The rooms were functional and clean. The pool was large enough and the available sun beds were sufficient. We loved the hotel’s private beach. The beach attendant was always helpful. There were a few areas that would have made the stay even better. 1) the range of drinks, especially cocktails at the beach bar could be expanded. Frozen cocktails would have gone down a treat in the scorching heat. 2) the spa was quite poor. Many of the guests we spoke with agreed. The experience did not resemble a Hammamet that we thought we booked. A lot of wasting time for no reason. The masseurs were rather lack lustre which was a shame. I would not go there again. All in all, the holiday was made by the amazing attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at The Aziza for 14 nights and it was lovely so relaxing the staff are amazing cannot do enough for you the hotel is spotlessly clean our room was a lovely size if you want a relaxing holiday then this is the one for you Being an adult only there was young couples as well as middle age to elderly You will never go hungry food was good and you have 2 other restaurants to go to if you don’t want to go into the buffet restaurant The pool area and sea which is a few feet from the pool is amazing I have been to a few 5* and can honestly say this hotel is a good 4* The animation head man sorry forgot his name is so lovely not pushy into to getting you to join in but would always chat and let you know what is available on the day like darts,ping pong,bowls,ect and water aerobics and what times they took place and where The only downside I would say is it lacks entertainment they have music in the lobby of a night but is was boring a man on organ sometimes I felt I was in a retirement home the music will send you to sleep but they have a big pub venue downstairs which the only time it got busy and was really good night was when people went there as they had karaoke night and good danceable music it’s a shame as if they put on good music down there nightly people would go there and enjoy themselves as you are on holiday as lots of people said the same thing regarding this I’m 63 but found the nights was boring due to the lack of entertainment But did have a lovely relaxing time I would go back but would like to have a bit more good entertainment put on

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Staff 100/10, I can confirm what you can read in other reviews, the staff is by far the best part about the hotel and the reason many people comes back. They are super attentive and helpful, they will remember you and know what you like to drink or where you would like to seat by day 2, they are friendly and always willing to help. It is difficult to mention names because they were all amazing, from the reception to the life guard by the beach, they are great. Room, it was bigger than I thought and the bed was super big too, it’s a hard bed and soft pillows which I loved. We did not spend much time there but we had a nice sea view, the only thing I didn’t like was the shower water, it was so temperamental and turn super hot and super hot every 10 s, it may has been my room only I am not sure as I did not ask we just went with it but it was annoying. Food, I am a picky eater and I had plenty of choices most of the meals, with just one exception which I think was a themed night not sure what, it all seemed good anyway it was just due to me not liking most vegetables so nothing wrong with it. The rest of the meals were always great. Breakfast, there was always boiled and/or scrambled eggs, pancakes, pastries, bread, cereals, sometimes potatoes, different sausages, beans and other things. Lunch and dinner were always different, fries, grilled turkey, rice, pizza, beef were always there and new other choices every day all of them good. Dessert was my favourite, the strawberry tartlets were amazing and the fresh strawberries too. Drinks, the coffee is stronger for my taste but if you like cappuccino it is really nice, they have nice cocktails you won’t miss anything, I can’t say about wines or beer but people seemed to like it too. Both pools were nice and good temperature, the outside one may be cold at the begging but it is so nice. The beach is so good too, clear water but with some seaweed/algae on some parts I guess depends on the time of the year you go it would be more/less, but it is still a great beach just find the right place to enter where there are no seaweed. The sun is quite strong even if it doesn’t seem like it, put sun cream on! I forgot to put on my feet and burned them:) There is entertainment, ping pong table, balls in the beach, yoga/stretching, aquagym, darts, through the day but you can also ask the entertainment team for uni cards/ beach tennis and other things. Both the guys in the entertainment team are so nice, one of them gave us some advice on where to go close to the hotel he was really nice and helpful. There is a spa offering some treatments which are at a additional charge, we did not try it so I can’t rate it. Also a a la carte restaurant, the only reason we didn’t go for it was because I did not like most things, but if you eat better than I do definitely try it because it is meant to be really good. My initial thoughts were that it's not a 4* hotel but 3*. Reception was fantastic, nothing was 2 much trouble very helpful. Rooms are dated and need a lick of paint, been worse, we had a disabled friendly room, good in all areas, in need of new chairs they were like old shower chairs, no view except a grubby hotel next door but not a deal breaker. Bar fantastic guys, nothing 2 much trouble. Dining room, far 2 many flies and a few birds thrown in, keep the doors closed, food on the whole tasty but on too many occasions cold the lights had no heat in them, I was able to touch them, could do with more choice of bread only 2 options, dinning staff were ok, but would walk over you to get to repeat customers they were treated very differently to us, they got help at breakfast with drinks etc and my friend has to use a stick and got no help, people got ice buckets etc, we didn't, so felt a bit them and us. Pool staff good, poolin need of refurb/grouting, beds comfy, beach had disabled access. Entertainment was quite poor, the background music needs looking at, im not expecting charts music but felt like a retirement home. Pub we didn't go as I cant go in enclosed spaces due to breathing issues, but it sounded fun. On the whole in need of an update to reach its 4*, would I visit again? Yes but at a reduced price. There is a Facebook page run buy customers who are in love with the place and over exaggerate in my opinion, the place was not home from home for us as we were not returning customers, due to the Facebook page my expectations were far too high due to the Facebook page, a few ppl put on bad reviews and were attacked for having a different opinion to there own, just tone it down, not everyone feels the same let them have an option, overall 3* experience had.

To start this off I must say, having stayed at hundreds of different hotels over the years and in many different countries, I have never received this level of service and support from key members of staff. Including 5 star resorts. When everything is going well: weather; food/drink and everyone is safe, customer service is much easier and people are grateful of what they have. However, when an incident happens or someone becomes unwell, especially in a foreign country where maybe you feel vulnerable… it’s at this point you test the mettle of the professionals and staff around you. HOTEL AZIZA THALASSO GOLF PASSED THIS TEST ❤️💪🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having had one of our group involved in an incident which resulted in serious head injury and required stitches, I was amazing when despite it having nothing to do with AZIZA, that the Manger (HATEM) insisted a manager from the hotel, accompany us to the hospital, pharmacy and whatever we needed to ensure things were done properly, we were correctly translated for and supported from start to finish. HASCHEM, who accompanied us I understand is the manager of the front desk and should have been finishing work in a just a few minutes. However it was no problem at all for him. His reassurance and supported us throughout was faultless. A brilliant man. I commend the manager Hatem for the work he is doing at Hotel AZIZA. I’ve read some reviews and the hotel is dated in parts (but always clean), the buffet isn’t 5 star but is very good and a great reflection of the price paid for an all inclusive holiday with the option of multiple A La Carte restaurants with 5 star service in both the Grand Restaurant/ Buffet and the A La Carte Restaurants (BBQ & INTERNATIONAL) Sometimes , for me personally anyway, I’d much rather stay somewhere with a professional team, where I am safe, than a super glamorous paradise where there is no care for your wellbeing. I still believe my pictures scream paradise. Paradise and beauty alike are in the eyes of the beholder and in our group with TEAM AZIZA we have been in paradise. A GREAT HOLIDAY CREATED BY A FANTASTIC TEAM AT A LOVELY RESORT. Thank you Hatem, HASCHEM and all at HOTEL AZIZA.

Where do I start? What an absolutely gorgeous hotel with everything you need and more for a relaxing holiday! My mum and I have just returned from a week at Aziza and we cannot wait to return next year for longer! All of the staff were so kind and attentive from start to finish. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy at all times. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious and always kept clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We were so impressed with the food every day! There was a wide variety of really delicious food which meant you could have something completely different to eat each day. For lunch we enjoyed the barbecue next to the pool area looking over the beach with a gorgeous view! The two a la carte restaurants (international and Tunisian) were just fabulous. Both offer a five course set menu which were included in the all inclusive package! My mum and I paid for a spa package once we’d arrived and I couldn’t recommend it enough. We had 6 30-minute massages for the price of 5. The women in the spa were professional and friendly and the spa itself was a real oasis. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. There were always beds available where we stayed relaxing for much of the holiday. There’s a beach bar serving soft drinks and coffees from 10am-5pm. The hotel also provided a variety of great evening entertainment. Thank you Aziza Thalasso Golf for our favourite holiday to date! We can’t wait to return next year.
