AVOID AVOID AVOID if you are single solo female traveller!!!!!!!!!!! Food was dismal which was over shadowed when night staff decided to sexually assault me when I asked for a replacement key at 2am when asked. He advised me he couldn’t issue a replacement and said he would have to let me in my room himself. When he took me to the room he thought it was appropriate to come in my room and force home self on me try pushing me on the bed and kiss my neck. Insult to injury was when I reported this predator to the hotel manager he assured me it would be investigated and dealt with. This was not taken seriously and my Arabic speaking friend later told me he said (in aribic) that I can not be trusted the man co tinier to be on the night shift for the duration of my holiday 7 days after the incident. I was travelling on my own and was distressed avoiding the hotel lobby for the remainder. I’m distrusted in how they allow this person to continue to work here. I was later approached by another man who happens to be the hotel owner giving me his contact number On a piece of paper. I questioned what investigation had been conducted as promised. Again not taken seriously. I was offered a massage as compensation! I was very upset the next day and 2 women comforted me and they confirmed he were untoward with one of them too. Do not go to this hotel at all this hotel holiday has affected me badly. This predator needs to be known. Please save your money and book somewhere else!!!!

Had an amazing time. Had a lovely birthday celebration on the stage with all the animation team . We were catered very well by all peoples and all the staff . Would definitely recomend! Big up for all animation team and for Pikashu 💛 We will be back soon

Had a lovely time with my daughter in June. Food was good, entertainment was great. Nice pool. Rooms were clean and just right. Staff were amazing so lovely and we were very well looked after by Omer head barman and Smiley animation team, they were both beautiful souls and looked after my daughter and myself made us feel so welcome and at home. Thank you both so much see you in December. Unfortunately we couldn't get a room at this hotel for then we did try but we will see you both at some point. I saw a bad review written about smiley I just want to say how wrong these people are, not once did this guy or any of the staff asked for a drink or money. When I offered a drink smiley refused every time. These people work so hard to make your holiday experience good why not buy them a drink or give them a tip. The tips help their families massively and go a long way. Thank you to everyone for making our little trip special. With love Becky and keira (Cola)

Great hotel great staff amazing animation team rocky,pikachu and the guys made our holiday special . Only downside was the all inclusive food but that just seems to be standard everywhere tunisia we're i have been . But yes can't fault the staff at all . One more thing no kettle in the room and no toasters in the dining room 😃😃😃😃

Family vacation – our first time in Tunisia, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Don’t be put off by the rooms – you’ll only be sleeping there. They’re cleaned daily and always tidy. The overall organization and entertainment for both adults and children were just fantastic. The animation team truly made this holiday special – they deserve a huge thank-you! There was plenty of food, with something for everyone, no matter your taste. The only inconvenience was that you can't pay by card at the hotel (although you can use a card to book massages). It's best to exchange money at the airport, as the nearest ATM or exchange office is about a 10-minute walk away – and you’ll need cash for the taxi when you check in. Despite this small issue, I highly recommend this place and we’re already planning to come back next year!
