"The room is very large, the facilities are regular, clean and sanitary, the service is thoughtful, the hotel is in the city but very quiet, the parking lot is large, and there are security guards in charge even at night! The breakfast is very rich and tastes good! I arrived very late at night and ordered fried noodles and barbecue in the small restaurant downstairs. They tasted very good! The key price is only 10 yuan, which is really affordable! The waitress is very enthusiastic and polite! Thumbs up for Hami Hotel! Affordable price, attentive and enthusiastic service! Super value! "The room is large, well-equipped, with separate wet and dry bathrooms. There is a supermarket downstairs, so it is very convenient for shopping and eating. We stayed here for two nights. The lady on duty took good care of us. She introduced us to local delicious food and fun places, and sent us a foot bath. She was there whenever we needed her. I really approve of the one-to-one butler service of the hotel."

"The bathroom had a strong urine smell. These days, it's rare to find a hotel with such an unpleasant odor, especially one owned by Hilton and costing four or five hundred yuan a night. I selected welcome fruit upon check-in, but it wasn't provided. I arrived at the breakfast restaurant at 10:20 AM, 10 minutes before closing time, and many items were already sold out. Overall, quite disappointing."

"Facilities: Complete facilities, central air conditioning in the room, accurate temperature control, Xiaodu Xiaodu voice, and washing machine, very friendly for long-distance travelers. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, comfortable bedding, complete bathroom items, and good soap. Environment: The hotel is located next to the national highway, an independent building. Entering the lobby feels like hanging stars, and the room is even more surprising. It is great to stay in such a hotel for more than 100! Service: The front desk is enthusiastic. Since I came back late from the sea road, I called the front desk and they were very patient and said it didn’t matter. I had fun and came back. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was already reserved and the check-in was very fast."

The internet connection is stable and smooth. The breakfast selection is extensive, which is perfect for busy professionals. The front desk offers free printing and photocopying services, and the response time is fast; check-in and check-out are completed in seconds. "It is indeed a Hami flagship store. First of all, the hotel is four-star. The whole hotel gives people a very new and professional service. The service of all staff is online from the entry security service, the front desk welcome, room service, etc. are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello and assist with luggage and other services. The room was large and clean, very quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable. Laundry service and a special person responsible for stacking! There are many varieties of breakfast, the quality of the dishes is good, and the stalls are clearly visible. The only downside is that the parking lot near the hotel is a bit tight. It is a bit far to stop when you come back late. I hope to increase the exclusive parking space and there are external charging piles. The laundry room washing machine business is busy and feels not enough. Overall very satisfied!"

Hampton by Hilton Hami ★★★★
