Villa Viola

100 km north of Helsinki, 7 km southeast from the center of Hämeenlinna, lake Katumajärvi 25 m (lenght approx. 5.7 km, width approx. 600 m in front of the cottage), rock bottom, rowing boat.

Stairs to the beach. The beach is suitable also for children. Use of outboard motors is not allowed on the lake.

Two-storey wooden cottage, built in 1984, on the upper floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 3 beds, , toilet, hall, glazed porch, balcony.

On the ground floor: fireplace room with convertible wooden sofa, sauna (electric stove), washroom. From the fireplace room there is access to the downstairs glazed terrace with a table and few chairs and a ceiling heater. In addition there is terrace outdoors.

Air source heat pump in the living room.

For summer use only: Lakeside sauna with dressing room. The stove has a small water tank to heat the water. Lakeside sauna does not have running water, water has to be carried to sauna. In the dressing room there is alternative bed during the summer time. The maximum number of people is still 5.

Cottage and a lakeside sauna by a clear watered lake. About one hectare hillside plot. In the plot there is eg. berry bushes and a plum tree. Two golf courses in less than a 2 km radius. Hämeenlinna center 7 km.

In the surroundings there are hiking trails. To the top of Kappolanvuori (view place) about 1 km.

Due to good transport connections in calm weather motorway sounds may be heard to the yard (the distance of actual motorway is approx. 3.5 km).

Christmas tree from the forest is available by request to Christmas bokings (fee 10 € on the spot).

Tawast Golf 1.8 km, Linna Golf 1.9 km, Vanajanlinna 2 km. Riding stables 2 km. Hämeenlinna services 7 km away. Aulanko spa 9 km.

The owner will charge a deposit of 200 €, which is to be paid to the owner's account before the start of the booking. Owner will refund the payment a few days after booking, when everything is in proper condition.
